Yes,
Today we will distribute signature bounty, translation bounty and blog bounty program rewards.
We are still checking last tweaks on a table, confirming last ETH addresses, replying to people who are reporting fake blog posts, etc.
It will take couple of hours. And then all addresses and scores will be sent to a smart contract.

If an user go to claim bounties on official site and read "MARCH 30 we will send you mail", 1 user understnad that TODAY will receive mail.
Otherwise PROFESSIONAL TEAM will write on site: We will send email APPROX march 30-April 1"
On official site there is written MARCH 30. and it's today.
I know bittrex also is watching if they promise what they write or if they will have another delay.
Bittrex don't like lie about bounties.
So, also bittrex is waiting that TODAY users write here that they have received mails as stated on OFFICIAL website
I don't seem to get the point You're trying to make here. The information on the bounty page on Edgeless website ( https://edgless.io/boubty.php ) is slightly updated. That shouldn't cause an issue because the devs have posted a new date on their medium blog.
There are more important issues here than complaining about the change in Bounty date. By the way, Bittrex is an Exchange and doesn't offer bounties.

They were so professional and faster to write smart contracts for take money during ico,no issue taking money,MANY issue and delay to give bounties money.
As many scam ico recently.....
And it's not strange that there is no major exchanges out.
exchanges are waiting that all bounties will be paid.
So, faster they deliver, faster edge will be added to exchange
Mark my words: exchange are watching their issue and delay about bounties before thinking to add edge.

Dumping to half price even not good for bounty hunters. If you need money asap i understand. But otherwise wait for a real market. This coin definetly will see ico price when people start to trade on regular markets
Stop that myth that ICO bounties dump while eg. with Chronobank in 1st weeks price was -40% of ICO without BOUNTY people...When you have massive start bonus then it is like it is : ) btw people will get LOW amount of bounties like 20% if you try say that they will DUMP then... ach
