Yes, there are many online casinos. However none of them can prove their transparency because of purely centralised randomness generation. Players playing on these casinos never know if a casino is cheating against them or not.

Let us wait after ICO is successful. There will probably some sort of marketing promotions especially that becoming edge-less itself is already unique. It would be better if more games are available.

It is a good question, and I think they will add it because the games do not have house edges, and casinos charge rake from players. 4% Rake in industry is high, if they only charge 2% or 1%, it could be very very awesome.
