In last update dev will share the status of license before end of current month. I hope we will hear some positive news about that but if anybody can afford to take risk than it's good time where it reached at bottom line.

No sharing link, no license. Just pure speculation what your doing now. Let me tell you this, newby. If they knew, Monday will be the-day. The price of Edgeless would slowly grow by few days ago up until now which is NOT the case. Intern people will buy of course for advantage, but no.. it's 7k satoshi.. I wonder if end of the day it will even hit 6k satoshi.

When the guys plan to get a license?  And I found information here that next Monday there will be a party about getting a license, is that true?

Prepare for a big dump people. Yes, 2 months average. But this is no simple casino with only a few games in BETA only.
I do hope for the best, but I'm becoming more doubtfull now. The hype is over and the only reason to get this back-up is pure the license and that's a fact. Who cares? People who want to invest and gamble big time in it.

How long does the application process usually take?
All applications will be processed as efficiently as possible but the time required varies with:-

the completeness and accuracy of the application
the complexity of the ownership structure and the commercial proposition
the commercial readiness and preparations of the applicant and their ability to respond quickly to questions arising in the investigation process
The application and approval process splits into three pieces- suitability, fair games and adequate processes. The process runs as follows.

Suitability – the average licence approval takes 60 days from receipt of the application, although the spread can be from within a month to greater than a year. The critical delay factor is the time taken by the applicant to respond to due diligence questions.
Fair games – the average initial equipment approval takes 60 days. Best and worst variations within this are extreme, reflecting the quality of submissions, and the speed and focus of response; the norm is less than 2 months. New games approvals take an average of 21 days to grant from initial application; again there is a wide variation within this average, with better results being routinely achieved by applicants with existing testing house relationships, good software development teams and focused project management.
Adequate processes – the average initial ICS approval takes 70 days. The Commission’s final ICS review is normally completed within a week of receipt. The difference between the two being that initial submissions are frequently incomplete and unfocused- again the difference between good applications and unfocused applications is stark.
The three processes can be run in parallel or in series; neither time line is likely to be a simple arithmetic product of the above. The “in-parallel” applicant will usually take a little longer than the time required for games testing, to complete all three components. The “in-series” applicant will normally be able to progress ICS and games testing together.

Live activation is routinely achievable, from the Commission’s side, within six months of initial application. This project is not coming to an end, they deserved to where it stand now and that is  because of the current update, eventually it will rise as the price of bitcoin will start to neutralize. Price of bitcoin is so expensive now and we have seen it's dominance increasing but it's not only edgeless that is decreasing but most of the altcoins because they are losing its value, wait for the right time and you shall see it will grow again but that requires patience.

Then it's their own fault not that of Edgeless Team. Everyone did that at one point, me too, can't blame the dev team for own stupidity

I understand all of that, but for people who bought the top...is very devastating situation. Hope you are right,..

They won't as long as there is nothing positive news. When (or if) positive news come this will rocket back 100m market cap in day or two. If we get bad news we will probably go under 10m marketcap but I really don't believe that scenario. There might be just some think that they need to sort out before they will get that license.

I hope my expectation is realistic and logical to wait for x5 from here in next few months. It has been over 41k satoshi just few weeks ago. Many people bought with that huge volume and that buying at high will drive the market upwards again. I see buying with minimal risk now.

It's only really needed with the full release of blackjack.

In that case, these options are fully open for the edgeless team to consider and they would definitely like to get this done before closing this year or say before the closure of this month.

Next to Curacao there is Malta, Gibraltar, Alderney and Isle of Man for popular iGaming licenses.
Of course there are more like Czech or Denmark etc. but depending on the license the jurisdiction is also different. For example license from Denmark is only suitable for Denmark.
Also different tax prices etc.

The price is quite cheap to own this token and this is a good chance to buy more EDG tokens I believe that EDG will hit 3$ in next month . The rumor of license is not to worry that's a way to collect cheap coins from the whales . I really feel sorry for who sold this token at this price and it seems as a waste of money from weak hands . Stay awake before it's too late : That's a very good and potential coin in gambling field.

The price would decline further if that happens and there would be a bulk dumping, can't imagine that. If the license gets rejected, I suppose they may apply it from another country and would follow the same process.Can someone provide more details getting a license part in different countries?

That would mean we have 11 days to wait for the license update and I hope everything will work as plan, also Edgeless is going to attend a big event this month and it would be nice in the next update if they will post some pictures in the conference along with the status that the license was successfully approved.
