Ethereum's breakthrough of $2,000 may be achieved in 2019. At least I don't think that the 2018 market will allow Ethereum to reach $2,000. This year too many icos are scmas. Many people have lost confidence in ICO. Ethereum is also affected by this, it takes a long time for the entire market to recover.
I think it has to take like two, or three years, or even five! The time gets to go long forward into the future to make Ethereum's cost 2000$.

I think that the price for the ethereum will exceed 2000 already in 2019. Until recently I thought that this would happen by the end of 2018, but already the end of May, and we are still in a falling market.

I'm not sure that by the end of 2018, it will rise to 2000. with its current growth of a maximum of 1500. Although everything is possible.
I think we are looking at the back end of the year, usually Q4 is where we see the biggest gains, but this ecosystem is so volatile that it could be in a weeks time!
Its hard to predict when ETH would break $2000 and set a record. Hopefully ETH achieve that before the 2018 ends or maybe first quarter of 2019. As we all know ETH is widely used now by most ICOs that are coming in the market. It is becoming more popular now and demand for ETH is going high so there is a possibility that it could hit $2000 in the near future....
the price of Ethereum or cryptocurrency is not easy to predict. i do not think the price of Ethereum will reach $2000 in 2018. maybe 2-5 years, the price of Ethereum could reach more than $2000.

It is making great business strategies to upgrade ETH to a new level.The Crypto market is making a huge impact on ETH, and the real value of ETH will not be in the $ 650 range. The real value of ETH at the moment is $ 1k2 and the Crypto market needs more investors to grow the entire altcoins.
Now the prices have dropped below the $600 per coin mark and even $1,000 looks like a quite long-shot. Under these circumstances, I would be very skeptical of ETH hitting 2K anytime soon. Let's set a long term target such as 2020 or 2022. That is going to be more realistic.

I hope that price of Ethereum will be 2000$ in the end of this year. ETH have very useful blockchain with fast transactions and have second number of cryptocurrency in this world
