good to see that some one is keeping track of these people, but its of sad to see so many on the list.
I have been unable in the last week to even get 15 minutes on this section and it takes roughly 15 minutes per update so maybe 30 minutes per day when I was able to update it.
OP seems trustworthy so I've sent him the latest code I have with full list, until I'm able again to meet the commitment of maintaining the list. (Sadly my relative is still very ill and may be for some time)

Great work. Keep it up. But QuarantinedMoon is already maintaining a list for this. So, this turned out to be a All-In-One list containing info from QuarantinedMoon's and mine thread. Good work. 
My intention is not to replace either threads but to just offer another option that people can look at when dealing with users.

This is pretty sad, why won't they pay back the loan?
He's likely just late. Just don't do any deals with him that put you at risk until his overdue loans are resolved. Or were you talking about the list as a whole?

I thought that it may be best that the community has a place to check before making trades with users. I think that this will help prevent users from scamming multiple people.
If you have provided a loan and someone is overdue on paying it please provide the information by posting below in the format required.
