I just don't know how to start teaching them about it. Because bitcoin crypto currency is completely illegal in my country. So how can I help my friends in this regard?
the first time I heard about bitcoin was in local news when it was also banned in my country. At the time because of the trend in internet fraud, I just felt Bitcoin was also one of those fraudulent stuff youths involved in online.

I later had a friend who was into cryptocurrency, he was the one who gave me the proper education on what Bitcoin is, and how block chain technology works and told me the politics behind the government ban on Bitcoin. He also introduced me to the forum and from the loads of information I have read so far, my mentality has changed and I feel if you take your friends through this same part my friend took me through, there mentally will also change.

But if for any reason they are still not interested, just let them be, focus on the once that are ready to learn and when they see the difference in the financial State of the those you've carried along, they will run back to you for guidance.

Honestly you are a good friend to your buddies, you haven't sugar coated what Bitcoin is all about, you have lead out all the positives and negatives about it which is a great start, but having to navigate around the legal aspect of it will be the difference...

But the best approach will be to ask them, what do they have to lose if they invest a few minutes of their time getting to know how Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies work versus remaining unemployed when the crypto industry has opportunities out there waiting for them through investments and every other ventures that will reward them for their time... It's now or never , the crypto train isn't waiting for anybody.

It's not a bad thing you did to share your knowledge about Bitcoin with them, and their reactions were also normal when they heard and knew you had an idea about Bitcoin. And it's only right that you say good things about Bitcoin when they believe it.

But I wish you had said the cons, not just the pros. Because of that, you will know and see if they really understand and see the potential of Bitcoin. Maybe later, because in the end, they will blame you when they see Bitcoin as a risk.
The thing here is that nothing is perfect yes it's good to educate friends, love ones about bitcoin that is a brilliant idea. Just like what you said when teaching people about bitcoin the person needs to know the disavantages, the risk involved in bitcoin.
But in my opinion if am educating a friend about bitcoin for the first time that person also needs to be interactive, ask questions to know more better. I don't expect the person to teach everything about bitcoin in just one day but gradually that person will also learn about bitcoin or making research through the help of the internet, lastly, have never heard of any investment with no risk, all investment are risky.

Teaching Bitcoin to anyone's not aware from it's existence it indeed quite good as you gave them options and idea to make money. Your suggestions is actually good, as you teach your friends or educate them, it would be better if they ask questions or being interactive showing that they are really interested to Bitcoin. But I think it would be better that you only do teach them the background knowledge and basic information about Bitcoin, by simply telling the risk, volatility, decentralization and etc.

Because at least for me, they would be too relying on you by just simply asking you all the questions as if you are the Google (most used search engine in my country.), which they can do their own research. Also it might reach to the point that almost all of their decisions were based on you, not on them which is really a bad thing. Since we all have different mindset, skills, goal and funds in this industry, so it wouldn't be always applicable to everyone.

First of all I am the only person in my area who has a basic understanding of Bitcoin. That is, in the region where I live, no one but me knows about Bitcoin.
I am like the same one as you. I don't even know if anyone knows about Bitcoin. Even if they heard about it a couple of times through social media or any other sources, I am not sure if anyone uses Bitcoin. I don't share these things with everyone except for my family members and my closest friends.

It is very difficult to confirm that besides you, no one in your area knows about bitcoin. Because like you said, you also don't share with anyone other than your relatives and maybe other people are doing the same thing. So OP, don't assume you're the only one who knows about bitcoin in your area. People who value privacy will never brag that they are investors or have knowledge about bitcoin.

The maximum number of friends I hang out with are unemployed.
The difference is most of my friends are employed and they have money to invest in Bitcoin as well. But I do not encourage them to do it because they may misunderstand Bitcoin and later blame me.
Giving investment advice to others is something we should refrain from, and it becomes an even worse idea if we give advice to unemployed people. Bitcoin is a risky investment, it does not give us a job or a stable income.

Don't immediately give an example of buying a car, house, etc from Bitcoin profits, because this will not enable them to appreciate the process and it will be easier for them to forget about Bitcoin when they haven't gotten any results from Bitcoin. And imagine if the person who taught them still didn't have a car, house, etc from bitcoin profits, would they believe what that person said? I don't think so mate.

Yeah, you are right. Some people make the mistake of telling newbies about the benefits they can get from Bitcoin without first teaching them the primary things, and as they keep learning, they will know more about what they themselves want to gain from their investment. It's just like when a gambler asks you to stake in a game that he has predicted, and he is promising you that if you stake in the game, you are going to win a huge amount that you can use to buy a car. Meanwhile, he has been gambling for more than 10 years but has not been able to even buy a bicycle. Normally, one can achieve some great goals from their Bitcoin investment, but that also depends on the amount of money invested in Bitcoin. Someone cannot invest $100 in Bitcoin and expect to buy a house or car from their generated profit in the next five years.

Introducing Bitcoin to friends will certainly really help them if they want to learn about how to get it and how to invest in Bitcoin, but if they don't like it, of course they won't learn it, so before we introduce it to our friends, we need to see first how they respond do they want to know more about Bitcoin and if they want it of course they will find out for themselves and if they don't get it of course they will ask us again. If we can't guarantee people to invest, it would be better if we don't suggest it to other people because this will be very risky for other people and I agree with you. Instead of losing friendship, it's better if we don't advise them to invest.
I would say as long as we are not pressuring them into investing, just letting them know that you are interested and if they ever need any help or have any questions regarding this situation they could end up with a greater return and should be fine. I am not saying that we are going to get super rich or anything with it, all I am saying is that we are not going to end up with a situation that would be all that shocking to the world.

Let's hope that we could make it work one way or another and that could result with a situation where people could comeback to you when they feel ready. This way we are not making them invest, but just let them know that we are here if they do want it, and when they do, they will think of us and reach out.

With the older generations, they can't understand what Bitcoin is and you're only going to spend your time and voice talking to them into waste. Because that's what they have been believing that it's only best for them to get into the traditional investments and banks for them to trust with their money. The rise of Bitcoin is known mostly to the younger generations and that is because they're more with the technology and gadgets so it probably just came through their feed and buzz them with their curiosity to understand what Bitcoin is all about. I'm done into that point of convincing friends and relatives about Bitcoin.

Each generation will have a different view of the world, so we do not need and should not force people of the older generation to adapt to our things. Just like us, why don't we like and choose things that they like? So don't force them to follow our thoughts.

When we want to share and educate bitcoin, we should also choose the audience, not share widely and force everyone. Don't impose your thoughts on others when we also don't want to follow what others say.
I am not forcing it to anybody and even before, I didn't force to educate someone in Bitcoin because I just like them to know what I have discovered. I know the feeling of being ignorant and uninterested and that's why when I see people uninterested, I just stop and never talk about it anymore. And if they ask, maybe I'll get the appetite to tell it to them or maybe not. It depends to the mood because once you've been there and you've been ignored, you don't feel the same energy as before and you just lose that eventually.

First of all I am the only person in my area who has a basic understanding of Bitcoin. That is, in the region where I live, no one but me knows about Bitcoin.

The maximum number of friends I hang out with are unemployed. They are not uneducated they are all well educated in their respective positions but due to lack of adequate facilities they are unable to find any employment. When we walk together I talk to them about Bitcoin but they tell me that they have only heard about Bitcoin on various social media and they think that if anyone is involved in Bitcoin, the administration of our country will arrest them. Because it is through this kind of news that they are aware of Bitcoin. But when I tell them that I have a rough understanding of Bitcoin. Then they don't want to believe me when I tell them all about bitcoin they believe me. And I assure them if we all get involved in Bitcoin maybe our unemployment will go away. Because there are enough ways to earn money with Bitcoin.

Out of all my friends two of my friends have some savings and when I told them about the investment they became very interested in investing but I didn't tell them only the positive aspects of the investment I told them the negative aspects. And I know the rest of my friends would also be interested in learning about Bitcoin but I just don't know how to start teaching them about it. Because bitcoin crypto currency is completely illegal in my country. So how can I help my friends in this regard?

Hope you guys can give me proper feedback on this and help me move forward in helping them.
Educating our friends on cryptocurrency and the advantages is one of the best of thing we can do to help promote majority acceptance of cryptocurrency.

Since you have already spread the word about bitcoin among these friends you have, the only thing that's left for you to do really is to encourage them to do their own researches and from here on out, invest or learn about bitcoin out of their own accord. It's less about not taking accountability if your friends lose in their investments, but more about giving them the proper knowledge base that they would use as the foundation for their bitcoin journey, and a ceremonial passing of the torch so they know for sure that from now on, they are the ones that are responsible for their investments and their financial future. Give them some books, websites, and shit that they could learn a great deal from, from there, encourage them to find about bitcoin by themselves.

we should not force anyone to move towards another technology but it is necessary that you should adapt yourself according to the era in which you are living. In past there was not such online technology for earning but now people are more focusing on online jobs as a part time job and we can also see their success therefore we cannot say that present technologies are not well suited.

I know that people of past age were successful in their age but if they want to be successful presently then they have to altered their mind according to the alterations occurred in everything. bitcoin is famous and successful so if we cannot force anyone then at least we can educate them about it so may be they examine its success and become a part of it.

But there's one thing you forgot, many people still don't know about bitcoin but still have a better life than you and me. Many people in my area are very wealthy and they say they have earned enough money to support their children for life without having to do anything. Does investing in bitcoin make sense for them?

I agree with the idea that we should choose people to educate about bitcoin instead of assuming that everyone should know about bitcoin. Don't try to teach rich people how to spend money or teach them how to get rich. Not everyone needs bitcoin, not everyone is like us, so we should only introduce bitcoin to people who really need it.

Unemployment is a curse. Those who suffers from unemployment who knows how much painful is it. Everything circle people have those types of friends who suffer from unemployment problem. I think helping someone make a person peaceful from heart. Many of my friends are suffering from unemployment problem so if I can teach them about Bitcoin that will be a work for my own happiness.
Not having a job will indeed be very troublesome for ourselves and also for the people around us who see that we don't have a job. If there are friends who can help them to get a job, they will be very happy because it helps them to be able to get a job that provides income so that they can meet their personal needs. You are right, when we can help other people to earn income for that person, of course we will be very happy to see that the person will also be happy because they have found a job that they can do.

Anyone can suffer from unemployment just like we see doing the COVID-19 period when people lost their jobs because of the pandemic that causes lose of lives. Those that are working now can still lost their jobs in anything unfortunate happens. The best is to create our own personal businesses where we can employ people to work for us and earn from with clients. Investing I'm cryptocurrency just like many of us that have different portfolios of crypto projects holdings for when we are ready to sell and keep our profits. It is important when we have different streams of income, nit just relying on a single one to take care of our bills.

I have spoken many times with friends about this, and I have neighbors who are older adults and it is difficult with them to reach a consensus about bitcoin because they faithfully believe in banks and their methods of making money with interest. , but to the younger ones who are my age, it is different because they want to make a lot of money, I told them that making money that quickly is difficult but there is an option that is very good if they are lucky enough, that is to buy bitcoin and wait for the price to rise, what is not known is how the price can be raised, but there are many analyzes that make us give an idea, I tell you that by the end of 2024 they may have the profits, but it is difficult to convince them, some They bought, others didn't buy for nothing, but when it goes up a lot I'm sure they will buy there, because that's how people are.

I would be very cautious with educating people about bitcoin or cryptocurrency, as there is a tendency of becoming their enemy Nr.1 if their investment fails or things goes not as they have planned. I would never be first to talk about Bitcoin and offer help, only if person asks it first. I dont want to impose things, as I dont want to be responsible for decisions people make after. Just operate with a knowledge about their unemployment. As they might see in crypto a solution against unemployment, and with 50/50 probability might worsen situation.
