If there's no money coming in, even how die hard you are spreading good news it won't help. Real money is what we are talking here and its not a joke amount just to make the price goes up. If we wish to move the prices up then we need good amount of money for it. But as long as we're only doing it for encouraging others, its fine but you may not know on how big would be the influence.
Yes, be because basically good or bad news will have an impact on all investors. so, if you suddenly sell all of your Bitcoin, then the price will move down (because supply / supply is now increasing). Likewise, if you suddenly want to buy lots of Bitcoin, you have contributed to the number of Bitcoin requests, so the price will move up.
I am a little doubtful that what I wrote is worth it or not, but this always comes to my mind and wants to ask this,

It will, but there are some people too who want to get bitcoin in cheap price, and they can make bad news so new investors panic and they can buy bitcoin with cheap price. investor are not react well to crypto news, given total crypto market only 1% of total world economy. any news, good or bad have small impact on the current market condition.
Yeah one of influential factors that can make dropped and increased the Bitcoin price is that new about Bitcoin itself. Therefore, it should be built a positive and good news about bitcoin. News information and panic sell are probably correlated since there will be panic selling if the news of bitcoin is keeping positive.

I believe the price went down because of the recent hacks on exchanges this triggered an FUD between traders and investors predicting that the price will soon plunged and so it happened. But despite all that bitcoin has still a good future ahead cause merchants and local businesses are recognizing it as a faster and convenient way of payment. Actually more start ups and projects are related in crypto this month.
Very big influence the circulating news in the world of Cryptocurrencies, if there is negative news then the price Crypto will fall as now where there is a large Market in Canada have been hacked, we can see now the price Bitcoin going down.

Well, bad news can initiate some implusive reactions of users and investors and usualy in negative direction and in some extent they could also influence the price.
Still these are usualy instant reactions with short term effect but on the long term basis bad news can't distable the market, they are not so powerful afterall.

The most effect of any bad news on cryptocurrency is to cause panic on all hodlers. Bad news does have a very bad impact on any coin in the market, before you know it, people have started dumping on whatsoever prices that suited them to avoid heavy dumping by the very whales.

FUDS and other bad news attract more attention abd almost all publishers are using this type of news to gain more readers and followers. One of my friends used to work for a news paper and that was one of his most common statements that he repeated over and over again. We used to ask him why there are more bad news than good news in news papers and he would say, "Good news does not sell newspapers."
People are drawn to bad news, because it is sensational and almost everyone likes controversial and shocking news articles. 
The counter argument is, "Even Bad publicity is Good publicity."
