Chain is definetly moving. check ur wallet for block count and check again after a minute. u will see it moved. There is no pool (because it is pos not pow) but u can solo mine. you will get 0 reward for each block found and make the wallet go on a seperate chain. so i would not recommend it.

1. Unlock wallet.
2. open console
3. sendtoaddress (amount can be 100 000 000)
4. copy this line (ctrl+c)
5. hold your small finger on ctrl and then so quickly as you can alternately tap "V" and "ENTER". The wallet will remember Your tapping an if You make a break You will see all send transaction.
6. Lock wallet!!!!!!!!!!!!!
