When people started to scream "scam" in other topics about this pool i started to worry. You are probably right, but i will be calm when someone who is mining there confirms that payouts are working and this is only a non-critical bug in the code.
would bet the admin has errormessage like "payout not possible wallet.locked"
the poolsoftware will not unlock wallet ... have build a modul that will do that with secured passwordfile
I run that software from sammy007 and I can assure you that it took longer to create his home page than it does to turn on Payouts. It is EXTREMELY simple and is included in the software from sammy007
But the payer.go didn't unlock your geth, gexp whatever wallet.
to enable payout module it isn't magic, only modify conf and disable proxy, api and unlock(blockmatury, not wallet unlock) and let it run in second instance... you should split pool, unlock and payout in seperat daemons.
But in fact the wallet is locked, no payouts could run, but they would be recredited to users in case of failure and should be displayed as balance in miner profile.
I have setup a Ethereum Classic Pool:
