and wants it back
i'm arranging the return now
i'm new to twitter
can anyone help me?
he is saying that the transaction above is from an exchange. how do i prove that it was him indeed.
i don't want to return it to the wrong guy. but i want to return the 9 eth.
I am not sure there is anyway to prove that it isn't and I would be very hesitant about sending it to any other address. If the address is linked to an exchange it will be able to receive Ethereum in return so there would theoretically be no harm in just sending it back to that address
i'm mostly convinced but not 100%

this is our conversation. i saw the screenshot but it's chinese.
Personally I would contact the exchange and ask them if the address is one of their and, if it is, ask them if they would be able to refund the sender if you send it back to their contract...
I looked at the TX and, TBH it could be anything. There are so many ethereum transfers and not a single token, other than what you sent. It could be an exchange but you're better off confirming with them first.
thanks, that's why i just want to be 100% sure. i think the screenshot there are 2 withdrawals, one 9 eth and one 10 eth. if only he owns the second address, maybe i can send it there. as long as the screenshot would prove that it's his history of withdrawals.
