I hope this project will get listed on Binance since I understand that Binance require a certain level of standards to be complied with by the project. Also, I'm more interested on their review on this project afterwards. Good luck!

You've probably hampered your chance of that happening anytime soon though. The one thing Binance doesn't like is projects talking about having discussions with them. There's barely any project that mentioned Binance before listing and got listed on Binance
I think ELAD.network are probably thinking it will help bring in more funds if they mentioned "Binance" but then nearly all projects mention Binance to drum up business.
As far as this statement from them is concerned it literally means nothing: "

Binance to not have brief conversations with these types of projects. There is an application to get listed, you apply and then leave it to them to decide if they want you or not. As for posting a photo with the CEO of Binance (CZ) again it means nothing because it was taken at a conference and there is no evidence of what was discussed and if he even remembers the conversation.
I do not see this project being a success. Too many red flags as far as purchasing micro-portions of ownership in the UK is concerned.
As far as the legal side of things are concerned, it is impossible to purchase a property "legally" without notifying the Land Registry which is what a lawyer does when property ownership changes hands. Imagine one property in say for example London worth say for example £500,000 and there are 2000 investors each owning £250 worth of the property each - how does that get listed "legally"?
It can work when there is a LTD company that owns the property because directors and shareholders can change hands at any time without notifying the land registry as the owner is the LTD company.
How this would work in real estate outside the UK is a different matter because every country has it owns laws but for the UK the project is deeply flawed and should not invested in.
