I do not smoke electronic cigarettes, because they are no less harmful than ordinary cigarettes. It is better to completely quit smoking and lead a healthy lifestyle.
it certainly makes quitting alot easier, you realise eventualyl its all the other chemicals that was addictive, not the nicotene
I think it's really hard for anyone who wants to quit smoking, but if it's attitude and determination, I think it's good.

Electric cigarettes really helps some smokers stop smoking cigarettes . Some find e cigarettes as an alternative for cigarettes . It is also good because it's safe and no more nicotine that can cause cancer so I'm yes to electric cigarettes.
I personally prefer cigarettes not electric cigarettes. It’s more convenient for me and is just a personal preference but a lot of people are for electric cigarettes

Don't do that to yourself. There are recent studies that suggest that smoking that cigars is bad for your helth. It can cause cancer. Go figure.

If you wanna quit then just quit, don't waste time and lie yourself.
You only need two thing to quit and that are strong character or doctors diagnosis of lung cancer.
Trow away that garbage and strengthen your character if you wanna live.
