I think the air
It is cheaper better for environment, saver and has lots of potential for improvement

I think it would work better is shaped like a  Schauberger funnel, hyperbolic funnel, Black Hole Funnel, Gravitational well or whatever someone likes to call it. Nature does not work linear.

There is no question air will be a major force in mobility in times to come. Massive potential

I am not a great fan of the concentric design but remains to be seen.

I absolutely would drive an “air powered” car. I think it’s potentially a more sustainable technology and I would enjoy being an early adopter of a new technology.
I think the new Tata motors concept car looks pretty cool and I think it would attract a lot of attention from people in my neighborhood.
Right now in many areas of India this car could be a huge breakthrough and I would like to get my hands on a Tata prototype is Tata is looking for drivers to research.

'Hidden' technology of the "trompe". Compress Air with No Moving Parts

Every 10 meter of height is 1 bar water pressure, 30 cm water head is 30 mBar. A hilly property with 300 meter height difference top to bottom makes 30 bar in single stage, no limit on stages. Size of pipe does not matter, ½ inch and 5 inch is same pressure, the amount it can compress changes with flow rate.

Probably knowing about the air powered vehicles for the first time. Wonder how that works. Does the propeller work by allowing air to escape from its container, more like how air escapes from something like balloon and moves the balloon around? Does it make any sound? I image there will be alot of hiss-like sound coming from the engine.
If you could develop a car that is fuel by air, no one will need to buy fuel again but the certain people will not like that.

Vehicles powered by compressed air like what I described above makes alot of sense, and it can be done if it hasn't been done already. I will go for such than battery powered ones

Sound is similar to a petrol car, maybe a bit deeper huffing and puffing.
Yes the monopolistic oil cartel does not like the idea of anyone providing a refulling station. Many delays over the years.

Something aside, everyones favorite drill. Dont you just love the high rpm?

Was unaware of it. But researched a bit and seems like it's a much better option than hydrogen fuel cell or Lithium ion.
It would also be easier and more environment friendly to use air cylinder like the way we use LPG cylinders.

No matter what system three main areas Air is on top of every debate, Price, Enviroment, Safety
Anyone with a storage tank can become a fulling station and sell some homemade products, provide service or accommodation at same time.

When real Torque is need Air Impact Wrench can't be beat little hobby nuts and bolds electic is the go.

Energy return of investment for compressed air energy storage is 792:1
Lithium ion batteries at 32:1
Only Pumped hydroelectric storage is close to compressed air

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_return_on_investment#ESOEI

Compressed air is the Bitcoin of energy storage, decentralized and anyone can store and sell the energy.

Some compressed air powered Lokomotives of old, used in mining.

That looks really impressive! I can't even imagine how much pressure there has to be inside those tanks to launch such a monstrosity, let alone all the extra cargo that eventually comes along with it.

Dont know the old stuff, the new once have 250 bar (3625 psi) that is nothing to a hydrogen powerd car which has 700 psi (over 10000 psi) That is a bit on the mad side of things considering its also a very high flamable gas. You sure dont want to have high speed accident with that thing.

Do these vehicles run on compressed air and are propelled by the release and expansion of the compressed air? I have not seen such vehicles but I've heard of them. I'm curious how much compressed air I can store and how far I can travel with it.

Yes, how far depends on size of tank, temp, terain.....100 km for a car then 2 min for refilling.

I still don't have any idea about air powered vehicles but there's been a long debate with diesel powered and electric vehicles.

But it seems that there are a lot of advantages with air-powered, looks promising.

You got me sold on air, doesnt seem to be real downsides
Well yes there some extreme cold weather is one....

Golf buggies will be one of the first major markets because battery operated can not compete with price, no way.
The next is bicycles again the same weight and price atvantage. Whole frame is the tank, minimal extra weight.

Air powered vehicle? I never saw any vehicle running with just air as the fuel there are some research prototypes are available but there isn't any complete vehicle available for the public usage right?

It will be before the year is up
Not even saw anything related to this on social media or news outlets, lets see that is there anything like that for a common man.

But based on Google search there was an vehicle running with compressed air in 1976 itself and also some companies are in the development stage of building one for commercial use.
