I have not bought electroneum coin, neither did I participate in their initial coin offering, but I have friends who mine this coin through their app and earn very little amount of it for free, for me it's a waste of time, but for them they see it as a means of earning the coin for absolutely nothing, as it mines automatically and for them it's better than nothing.
Many users have this fulsome belief that the coin would grow into something very high in the future, but I'm not going to believe that about any altcoin again, when i was active with altcoins, I also had those beliefs, but they never turned out to be true.

I believe it still has a huge potential, the pump on this project was slowdown because of the market condition but it still has a great chance to recover this year onwards, on picking between new coins i prefer investing in Electroneum, the developers are still active I hope they can recover the price many early investors are at a lost because of their current price.

I sold all my 5000 Electroneum with a small profit and I'm glad I did because look at the price now, it's not even 1 cent so many people shill this coin that it will reach $5 in the future, but it didn't even reach $1 and I don't think it will ever reach $5 like what experts are predicting,but it still has potential in the market now bull run is happening.
I sold mine as soon as i notice the price keep plunging down, i barely got some profit from it, i bought mine during ico together with a friend of mine,
to be honest i was also having high hopes for this project, etn was very popular project back in 2017, lots of expectations but for some reason things did not go as expected,
It will be a wast to time to hope etn will ever get to $1 let alone $5,
the team lost the opportunity to make etn valuable with too many delays, they couldn't make use of all the hype surrounding etn at that period, now better project already taken over.

Electroneum is as good a speculation as any other young coin out there. You cant judge a coin based on its performance in a depressed market thats just retarded. I would say this coin has good potential for a long term return on investment. I can see Electroneum reaching £1 within 5 years. At the moment £100 will buy you 30,000 etn i'd say its a gamble worth taking based on the strength of the team behind the coin. At this point, what the coin does tech wise is largely irrelivant in my eyes. It will increase in value during the next parabolic phase no doubt in my mind.
The hope was high for me buying etn around two years ago but till date, it has gone down and still going down. I don't know if this coin is going to be in the league of shitcoins that are going to pump during the bull.

That's the known coin to have the mining on mobile but it seems that the hype was gone now. I don't think they are still a good option to invest or spend your time with their mobile mining. But if you have a free time and you think you just wanna try it out, your option to do it.

I have been using ETN for years already thru their mobile app. I'm mining in their mobile app.To earn for free, it really is a good coin since there are only a few coins that you can earn in a free way. I know that the team is working consistently with their project but still ETN is like other altcoins out there. After an excellent ICO (one of the best ICO's ever happened in crypto world), its price plummeted. Many are expecting for this coin to rise in the future but to be honest, the concept of the coin itself doesn't help them to make the price of the coin rise or just they are lacking in marketing or the investors are just naive to realize the true concept of the project.
I don't think so. I have also used their cloud mining app. I can barely get 1500+ ETN from more than 6 months. I think its almost a dead project now unless they got some good news for their investors.
Most of the projects now have dump a lot, good thing ETN is still holding 47 sats compared to other high supply altcoins out their that dump even below 10 sats. No altcoins are excepted in the bear market, what we are seeing now is just the result of a bearish market.
On the question whether it still has a potential, I guess it was because it's not a dead coin, though the volume have significantly drop but have a trading volume of $100K over at this situation is already good.

It has its time, I remember 2017-2018 it was good to hold this kind of altcoin, but as I have said, things can't last forever. Not a hater but I don't think Electroneum will regain its value unless investors suddenly wake up and decided to put money on it.
I suggest you better look for some good altcoins this 2020. Old altcoins are just here and existed but I don't think they will retain it's previous glory. And I would say that is the lifecycle of an old altcoins in the market.

Electroneum is an old altcoin who was last remembered a long time ago. It dumps almost daily and i can guess it has no chances of recovering from its slump.
Last time i heard about it, it was said that u can use etn to purchase airtime in some country, not to sure.
