The server returned an error when broadcasting the transaction.
Consider trying to connect to a different server, or updating Electrum.

I've had in the past, once, a similar error.
I've "restored" from the (same) seed into a (new) wallet and there I made the transaction and went through.

It's most likely that you're spending a change of a local transaction. Such inputs are considered "missing" since those are neither in the blockchain nor mempools.

You've gotten the error, perhaps google it first?

How are you sending the transaction? Is the transaction for which you're spending the funds from unconfirmed?
