It seems OP's new transaction has now confirmed: https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transaction/ae7b13dd142f16e9c1987e68335ad4e92ec624958222df71cdee2970c7119191

You should now have 0.581 mBTC on your change address. If you try to remake the transaction you were complaining about in your other thread, where you got the "bad-txns-inputs-missingorspent" error, it should now work correctly since the network is now aware of that confirmed input.

It looks like your transaction's fee rate is too low that's why the server where you're connected to had dropped it from its mempool.
As a result, your Electrum wallet considered it as a "local transaction" instead of unconfirmed.

So, I'd suggest to remove it (right click->Remove) and create another transaction with a higher fee (not 2sat/vB) rate so it can be broadcast successfully.
If you remove that transaction, the balance that it's trying to spend will return to your wallet.

I second pooya's deduction, your other thread's amount is the same as the change of that local transaction.
So, try sending that 0.6mBTC after broadcast of the new transaction in this thread.

BTW, broadcast is the "Transmituj" button.

You have not sent this transaction yet. You have to click "broadcast" button at the bottom of the window not "save". The first one sends the transaction to the bitcoin network while the second one saves it locally on your computer without letting the rest of the world know.

Your problem in the other topic (bad-txns-inputs-missingorspent) is most probably because of this. You are trying to spend this local transaction in a new one which you broadcast. And since the bitcoin network doesn't know about the first tx (the local one) they reject the second one as invalid with missing input.
