I have 2 ideas that you should check.

1. Try in electrum console: ismine('that_recipient_address_where_you_got_new_funds')
If it's true, you are OK; if it's false you may have to give us more info on why you think that it should be your address.

2. Increase the gap limit https://electrum.readthedocs.io/en/latest/faq.html#what-is-the-gap-limit

I just saw my Electrum wallet but there was no problem, maybe what you are experiencing is that your internet network is not stable so that your Electrum wallet shows an inaccurate balance.
I often experience even the total BTC that I have does not appear on the Electrum wallet, there is an "Luring" statement

Or you provide screenshots like what you experienced, so other users can help.

The transactions shows it has 5 confirmations but the total doesn’t reflect on my btc balance

That's not possible, I've been using electrum regularly and even if the transaction is still not confirm, you would know that you are receiving it.

Double check the bitcoin address, or maybe if its okay with you, you can share the receiving address here and let's analyze it.

Try to connect to another server and see if that works. You can do that by going to the green icon you can see on the bottom right then 'Server' tab.

Good advise too, probably an internet connection problem or the server where you are connected.
