since I had this wallet before the various forks can I use the new private key to import the fork coins too? or are they lost?
You effectively have a "multisig" wallet... As Lucius has pointed out, you can get BitcoinCash fairly easily, using the "disabled" 2FA wallet with ElectronCash... getting Bitcoin Gold is a bit harder. You'll need to extract the individual private keys for the addresses going BTG and then manually create and sign transactions moving those BTG.

Refer: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/tutorial-how-to-extract-bitcoin-gold-from-a-2fa-electrum-wallet-step-by-step-2550529 and https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/extracting-bitcoin-gold-from-2fa-multisig-electrum-wallet-2424484

NOTE: A fully synced "BitcoinGold Core" wallet is necessary to be able to create/send these manual transactions

You're welcome,be careful next time when you create wallet Smiley

You can use this seed/private keys to get forked coins like BitcoinCash or BitcoinGold, but before that just for safety you should move your BTC to new wallet/address so your current seed/private keys have 0 balance.

To do that you need to send BTC to new wallet/address using Electrum again, just use same options as before, but select standard wallet. After that you need to send BTC from old wallet,to new wallet in transaction. Then you can use ElectronCash https://www.electroncash.org/ to get BitcoinCash, and some of BitcoinGold wallets to get BTG.I newer claim my BTG so can not recommend what wallet to use,but check what is available in their site : https://bitcoingold.org/

Hi Guys

I need your opinion for this strange thing that happens on an electronic wallet

In the wallet are stored 0.12 BTC  , visible also by going to the block explorer

if I try to send them ask me the 2fa Authentication, (never set).

Ok I say.....  I export the private key and import on another very simple wallet, without authentication.

If I bring it gives me a amount equal to 0. Also if I try to import the private key in the coinomi wallet... same behavior

here the pdf with all the steps followed

can any of you help me understand what happens?

Thanks a lot

Although you may not remember, when you create Electrum wallet you choose wallet with 2FA and now you can not just import your private keys for a simple reason, one of the private key is in possession of service TrustedCoin.I hope you have seed(12 words you get when create wallet) so you can create new wallet in Electrum and disable 2FA in the process.

Open Electrum Wallet and select File-New/Restore - Wallet with Two-Factor Authentication - Use option "I have seed" - Enter your seed - Then you will get option to keep or disable 2FA option, use option to disable 2FA and then you you'll be able to send your BTC from this wallet.

I did not think that a pdf was so dangerous. I attach the images so I clarify what I mean

the import of the private key leads to a wallet with 0 coins, although the coins are present on that address

If you're expecting people to download a pdf file from unknown source, forget about it. It also make no sense, sending require access to your private keys so not allowing to send without 2FA and in the same time authorizing you to export the keys without the 2FA code is not a very logical behavior. Either way, If you have the seed, you can try to recover the wallet.
