Sure thing, although it sounds like a nice business idea with a little bit of shade going on (boosting and smurfing), these guys could have just made a bit more honest story, with some real testimonials, price ranges etc.

come spend a day in our livechat or discord, and we've been around way longer, had you actually dug in and did your research you would have seen we have had forum posts up way before jan 24th 2k16.

What I find puzzling and quite suspicious is the claim of 10000+ orders completed
The domain was registered on the 24th of January 2016. Giving the benefit of doubt and assuming the website came into existence on the very first day of registering the domain, we have around 500 days of its existence. So to reach 10000+ orders, the site is getting 20+ orders everyday To get so much orders is nothing impossible but the site should have received multiple number of visitors of the daily orders at least and it should have ranked in alexa, which it did not. So the figures don't add up and it seems the sales claim is highly pumped up

Yes, we actually settled it a few days ago, it turns out he wasn't even our customer and was a troll. He spammed this on all of our forums , made no official reports, and also was never to be seen again on any of the forums he posted this on. We've had all of his posts removed on our other forums but for some reason,on this one the mods have denied requests to have it removed . I understand this is a busy forum but snap denying my requests and not explaining why they were denied leaves us in the blue and feeling defenseless for the most part.

Any response to what sariux126 accused you guys of? Seems like your team wasn't (and potentially isn't) capable of solving issues professionally. I'd hope that you were able to get the staff settled and in order from that point on, but sariux implied otherwise.

The story how I got scammed.

I would like to direct this message to all people who are seriously considering using the services of EloBoostPros. Have in mind that this mostly concerns just one of the managers aka @Overlaugh (Responsible for R6), though after talking with the main manager (@Resen) of the EloBoostPros project, I have deducted that these actions are on some level acceptable by the upper management and are not really handled in a significant fashion as they should be.

You may or may not had similar experiences while using their services and thus you may have absolutely different opinion on EloBoostPros, but I am here to share my story and to help people avoid something that me and at least several other people have recently (09/2017) faced.
Although I am fully aware that this might seem weird why an individual would even bother writing or commenting something in regards of a boosting website, the truth is that today, competitive video game boosting is as much as a business as any other, involving thousands of customers every week. And that these people are responsible adults (@Overlaugh is 22), that are not children anymore and should understand that their actions, even if in virtual fields, might have a response.

I will not try to debate with anybody or preach something, I will just post a real story and how it was handled, and it is of your own personal interest to read this as it is to state your opinion on the matter.

What I claim the EloBoostPros manager @Overlaugh has committed?
Customer scamming, showing absolute ignorance to solve a problem, absolute disrespect and racism.

What I blame the EloBoostPros leader @Resen has committed?
Did not put enough effort to solve the problem. Seemingly understood the wrong actions, but did not respond to them. Did not provide a reasonable refund option. Allowed such a manager to stay in the service without any implications whatsoever.

The incident
I decided to buy some R6 renow after finding an online ad. Have in mind that this was found In a forum post, hosted by @Overlaugh. After paying him for the service, I have joined his discord channel and waited for my renow, which had to reach my account in few days. After a significant amount of time @Overlaugh notified all customers that due to the recent hurricane in Florida, the services will be postponed for two weeks. Some customers were understandably unsatisfied, and requested refunds, meanwhile some, including myself, had no rush and thus decided to wait. During that time, @Overlaugh was insulting and blocking unsatisfied customers, with claims that everyone with such attitude will follow along (see discord chat pictures, IMAGE 1 AND IMAGE 2). I was against such actions but as I was none of my business I did not get involved. After the said couple weeks have passed, @Overlaugh notified that he decided to stop this service and that he might issue refunds when his PayPal is expected to be unblocked (after 180 days or never). I went on to a private chat trying to make more reasonable arrangements but I soon was rejected by a “fuck off” message and thus decided not to bother talking with this individual anymore (see discord chat pictures, IMAGE 3). Realising that I will not get a refund or service I have paid for, I decided to contact his upper management after finding out that he is involved in a huge scale competitive online gaming project EloBoostPros as a manager of their R6 sector. Project manager @Resen was friendly as a service provider should be and tried to find solutions to solve the problem.
What I expected? To get @Overlaugh revoked from his position in EloBoostPros as his actions with customers are unacceptable by any means. To get a refund for my purchased services and make sure that previously mentioned people, that were also scammed and blocked by @Overlaugh, would get refunded as well.
What did I get? A claim that @Overlaugh is sorry and he will not do this again (just like in primary school), although he never wrote to me himself and his last message to me still is “fuck off”. An offer to get a credit on the EloBoostPros website, a similar offer as if I would get a voucher to buy pica when trying to return a faulty TV as their provided services are useless for my and obviously not what I wanted to purchase in the first place.
Thus, after realising that my talks with the upper EloBoostPros management did not generate any kind of results, I decided to go online and spread this message wherever I can. In hopes that any potential customer would think twice, before ordering any kind of services from EloBoostPros, because even though I had problems just with one of the managers, it seems that the upper management is ignorant for such issues and that few people getting scammed and verbally abused for absolutely no reason is nothing too irrational.

Bumps are often deleted because they does not contribute any meaningful meaning to the community beside updating the user thread, you should try to delete 1 bump before you put another.

You can imagine how your thread will look like if all it contains are bumps.

I don't see any mention of the specific prices per service. For the Overwatch placements boosting, what exactly do you mean by it? Does it mean you will play and guarantee a certain amount of wins or a certain rank after finishing placements? Would you be doing this with other people or alone, since the latter would most likely prove impossible to guarantee a good rank with. Also, is legal boosting in Overwatch a service you provide (AKA allowing us to play on our own accounts with you essentially having to carry us).

By the way, you should delete old bumps every time you bump your thread.

Because there is forum's rules, you can bump once every 24 hours and delete your previous bumps. You have to respect and follow the forum's rules.
