This man is really crazy, last year he tweeted that he was going to sell Tesla shares (420$ per share as I remember) and now he tweets this.
Yeah it was april fool but it's really curiois to think, will other coins do the same thing? For example litecoin, tether or any? Maybe now exchangers will do the same thing.
Btw yeah, news affects price a lot, small would be normal but usually rumors really have big effect on price.
