I don't want Musk to do so, but if was actually so so considerate about dogecoins then he should have invested 1B or something close to that as he invested into Bitcoins.

I feel a quite dangerous to buy doge coin, I've been predicted this coin for several months and always see this chart pattern when something good happen like a tweet from Elon Musk.
But, I never make a decision to buy this coin. The chart patter always make me afraid, take a look with monthly chart pattern, the candle that always be formed was like shooting star.
It means many trader is not comfortable to hold the coin and he will sell all their asset after he has profited. The price movement will just volatile when Elon Must make a tweet but after that the coin will just fall drastically.

After that, there's still no movement for Doge. I guess it's a sign that those people who keeps up with the hype should start changing their strategy and choose fundamentals than hypes and tweets of Elon.
It is not a secret that the price is not moving according to fundamentals but it is a mere hype train and a speculative market for years. The tweets of Elon Musk has proved that multiple times and investors does not care about the core fundamentals and all they look forward is pumping the coin so that they could earn the profit they are looking forward. 
There's still not that much reaction for Dogecoin. Maybe most of the Doge retail investors haven't seen the tweet of Elon because if they do, they'll certainly push the prices up again.

I think Elon Musk is making the tweet at a time not proper for the coin to pick. A time that bitcoin is dropping. I have not observed many altcoins moving against bitcoin. The reason is bitcoin is a pair to altcoins more than any other coin. It is first choice and doge can't be compared with bitcoin.
Investors won't involve money in doge because they are already cashing out from bitcoin. Profit time is a time to be careful not to be hanged up with no expectation.

There is plenty of good projects but I wonder why he is creating hype about dogecoin. Dogecoin is already overpriced and it's a dead project. Even its dev leave this project long ago. Responding to the tweet published by Elon Musk was very interesting and even made a positive reaction among Dogecoin traders, after the tweet appeared for a while the price of Dogecoin rose slightly, but now it is as normal. The price of Dogecoin is no longer as bumpy as before hopefully elon musk will buy another altcoin to increase the price.

It's interesting to see that every time Elon tweets about doge or bitcoin what follows up is a pump of those coins but that tweet in the OP could mean crypto is going to the moon like literally speaking or crypto is about to be pumped,his done it before and he might do it again.
