I have tried to check it's total supply and exchanges which it could be operated, but I haven't seen. it's just a unique coin just as Elon musk always like his things to be. So I see it as one of the most important altcoin to hold because it future will be bright.

I think it's just as dumb as the rest of these pointless coins. Someone is using his name to get recognition amd weirdly enough stupid people are buying this coin. What purpose does it serve other than enriching the scammers who "built" this coin? At some point the madness has to stop.
I'm not sure we should have high hopes for someone who can't tell the difference from the mega.nz GUI interface and the desktop version of the Eloncoin wallet. It makes me wonder if lightlord truly believe this kind of promotion is beneficial for his coin. 
This is a good question... TBH, well I probably shouldn't say this, but I've never understood how 90% of signature campaigns are at all profitable for the project running the campaign. This particular campaign is paying for up to 60 posts per week -- that's 10 posts per day 6 days a week, not considering that at least some of the participants have alt accounts enrolled in the campaign. It adds up to several hundred shitposts per week. This renders the advertisement little more than a spam blast.
Back to the coin itself: its a proof of stake coin with 49.74% of all coins held by a single address. IMO you'd have to be crazy to buy this knowing that a single entity can earn half the staking rewards and dump the coin to zero any time they see fit.

If a single address gets around 100-200M, and the top stops staking, within a couple years they achieve >1B vis-a-vis governance issues.
And yes I wouldn't invest into any coin where one holds such an large amount. I have held 3-6 million in other funds via on bitvest, so it ultimately comes down to will the founder dump the coin or not?

Well, I wouldn't say "he never will be" interested or involved in such a project.I'm over 1,000% sure he will never mention this project, never touch it, never even sneeze in its general direction. It's basically ripping off another coin named PIVX. They didn't properly fork it in GitHub, they just cloned it, changed a few things, and said its a new coin. Even their website - which the developers are too lazy to finish - largely plagiarizes PIVX documentation:

Also, if you manage to get to eloncoin.org/download, the Release Notes, Source Code and Wallet Guides buttons don't work. The "Why Eloncoin" menu item brings you to a quote by Elon that has nothing to do with why people should buy Eloncoin.

I have tagged & flagged promoters of such irresponsibly stupid projects based on stuff like this in the past. To even pretend Elon may someday be interested in it is completely dishonest marketing.
The site has been recoded from scratch for 10x speed up, so yes many things are not working, the functionality of everything should be fixed with the proper download links and so on,
within a week or so.
Also many coins have been cloned/forked.
But yes I'll probably rewrite the documentation up.

I would say it is both a risk and "fun" thing some people are doing. It is a risk because there is a super high chance that this is simply just a scam, and I would never put a cent into it personally myself because I see tokens and coins as investments and not fun things to enjoy.
However, I agree that after what happened to doge and shiba and pepe and many others, people think this is going to be a fun way to invest, something like "f the man" type of stance, something they can do to enjoy life and I believe that is not going to be acceptable all that easily. I seem him a greedy person he always do that work in which always see big money. Elon musk is definitely a name that can greatly influence the direction of a market but this coin isn’t from him directly so it’s hard to say what will happen next it looks like it has good returns for now what’s ideal right now is if you can get it in a low value and claim it when the value goes up there’s a good indication that it might stay for a long time but don’t get too excited and only invest what you can afford to lose
At least for him to give the go-ahead or the directive for the coin to be used in his name, it then means he has a pre knowledge or supposedly he knows very much about the launch of the coin, so I'm pretty sure he might one way or the other be involved in the financing of the project.

We know that meme coins are mostly created on the name of famous name where these influencers has no relation with these projects. Meme coins have only usecase of charity and tips and I am not seeing any other purpose of meme coins. We cannot deny this fact that the profit given to users by meme coin in very short time is unbelievable. We are investing in top level coins like matic, Dot, xrp but couldn't able to make 5x so far for holding more than two years while Shiba inu, AIdoge , floki and many other meme coins give 100x in matter of few weeks. Un crypto our aim is to make profit so I think if we can get profit from meme coin then there is not bad idea to invest some funds here also. In the end we will use this profit to buy btc but for short time investing in meme is reasonable.
Elon project is looking potential. They are working on marketing and the biggest secret of meme projects success is theirs community. Shib, floki and Pip listed on big exchange because of large numbers of community.
