Even though Binance has Telegram group, they do not provide account related issue assistance there and if anyone contacts you telling that he can help, it is a scam.

If ever @OP managed to access through VPN and don't want to login, it's okay. The chat on the right side will pop and he can continue as a visitor and only has to tell his concern.

But before you continue to chat on that popup window, you have to enter your email and most likely, the email that's registered you use in Binance.

I have checked Kongxx posting history, he is from Malaysia. The government of Malaysia banned Binance. I will also advice him to use VPN.

But the VPN location should not be set to US or other restricted countries.

From my understanding, OP isn't able to access binance website at all. If that's the case, the support page is also inaccessible. That's under the same domain.

Maybe, binance has been blocked in your country.

You can also try their telegram. If that's not your thing, I suggest waiting a bit or using a VPN to check whether the site is down or not. I have no trouble accessing them btw.
