All of exchanges that i am using, closed their bitcoin wallet for deposit and withdrawal. Some of them want to take my BTC and give me BCC instead. This is certainty and they said on news.

BCC's value is 0.1 BTC at now.

Which exchanges are doing that? I don't think any services announced they are replacing BTC with BCC.

I believe some exchanges (Kraken, Bitfinex, several Chinese exchanges) will be crediting BCC to BTC holders in addition to there BTC holdings, and may open markets for the new coin. But from everything I've read (and aside from the regular counterparty risk you always have to be careful with), all the exchanges are either ignoring BCC or giving it to their users on top of their current holdings.

I am using 7 exchanges right now.
Yes, Yobit replaced my almost 1.65 BTC with BCC. do you say yobit did scam me?

I don't want this incident happen to me tomorrow on other exchanges. i should exchanges my BTC very fast to LTC or ETH. am i right?

WTF! Did you just say your 1.65 BTC is now 1.65 BCC? Am I right in the way I got your point? If that is what happened to you, then you are indeed scammed. But if your BTC is replaced with BCC with equal price or value in dollars then that would be less of a problem but be sure to quickly replace them with other coins. ETH and LTC are good options.

I would of thought most people with alot of bitcoin would of anticipated what would happen Aug 1 and made steps to either put them in personal wallets or into another coin and see what happens.

Yes too late to do anything now. I don't think they will exchange your BTC for BCC what they probably meant is that will will award you BCC for having he BTC as this is what is supposed to happen.

What should i do for holding value of my BTCs in dollars?
Some of them hasn't any option for trading BTC/USD.
Should I exchange my BTC with ETH?

Why In the world would you wait till the very last moment, everyone knew this day was coming, so far so good no split but you should have moved your coins to a secure wallet with private keys and then sit back and see the drama unfold, now I don't think transactions will happen quickly or they will even allow it, your best shot would be Ltc though I don't like it. They are alt but bcc is bound to die a quick death maybe Ltc now and then switch to btc and take a secure wallet.

I think you've missed to read the update about the news. Maybe its too late to decide what you are going to do with your bitcoin now. Yes, your descision were also ok because only bitcoin would splitted now while eth are not, but another problem of you is that all transaction cannot be process easily and by now it was hard to transact your bitcoin because the news was done. All you have to do is to wait again until its formally announce the return of bitcoin.

0.1B is not a shitcoin by any means, you just need to ensure you get your BTC too, otherwise it's shi*. $0.1B would make BCC the second most valued coin with over $4B market cap.
It would make it the fourth most valued coin, after ETH and Ripple, in terms of market cap (not that it matters very much).
Thanks all.
I sent a ticket to yobit for their mistake. hope they fix it
YoBit haven't given you any real coins yet.  BCH hasn't happened yet.

It's a classic shady YoBit move to introduce futures as if they're real coins.
Poloniex and Coinbase will likely retain your BTC *BUT* they said they get to decide who the winning branch is. Coinbase said it doesn't support BCC, so it'd be awkward (=scandal) if they choose BCC. Poloniex was very ambiguous -they reserve the right to retire betaking your BTC and giving you BCC (calling "BCC" the new "BTC"). If they do that, they are out of business (but retired). Their statement are again not committing to doing anything in particular.
The real risk is them deciding to keep the BCH for themselves and taking a small percentage of their customers' money.

Haven't you read this thread? You should've read it since it kep appearing at the top in the forum with News: then the guide. It is written by theymos himself. He warned everybody to get all their Bitcoins out of exchangers. You can read other details as how you can manage it effectively but I think you're late or too late.

I think you sir is very irresponsible to take care of your bitcoins. There are so many news that spread all over the bitcoin world reminding us to store it where you own your private keys. They all keep repeating that on the month of July but here you are and keeping on complaining. It's your fault it happens and not them.
This is what hapens if OP is an idiot or he just didn't heard the news. Only keep on exchanges when you trade and you are willing to lose these coins.

No known exchange is doing that. Exchanges either aren't supporting BCC at all or are giving BCC 1:1 to BTC. Nobody is gonna convert your BTC to BCC. That would be a shit move by any exchange. BTC keeps the exchange running. They won't rob you off your BTC ever.
I'm calling troll.

OP shouldn't be allowed to own BTC, he is given FREE BCC and doesn't even realize it and hasn't had the ability to READ the last week plus what is happening.

What do you mean by "they want to take your BTC?"
Ofc not, your BTC will remain the same.

They will give you BCH if you hold your BTC during hf.

You should see a profit opportunity when exchange BTC coins to ETH,,,If the price is crazy, better save your BTC in the wallet do not do the exchange. this is my opinion,,

How can you claim BCC's value is at 0.1 when Bitcoin Cash has not even happened yet?

The fork doesn't happen until August 1st and it is currently July 31st. LMAO

What is the EPOCH time for the hardfork?

People are talking about days, but code doesn't care about days, mainly because days vary depending on the country. In some countries, it's august 1st already. In australia, there's near 1 day delay... it's a mess trying to talk about this in terms of calendar days.

So when is the exact moment of the hardfork? has it happened already?

Coinmarketcap is still listing BCC as "futures".
