Welcome and i am glad tou are beginning to u understand the forum one thing I will like you to develop which will help you greatly here on Bitcoin talk is thick skin to absorb criticism both constructive criticism and attacks.
But if you don't give up on your journey,  in no time you will blend with the forum and be able to flow with the discussions in a constructive manner and approach,  so never mind what people think about your posts or topics you created all you need to do is to learn from your mistakes and move on.

Everyone of us as newly introduced had a fair share of one discouragement or so. But for one thing, if you have a reason of being part of the forum as a member then that reason should be a backbone to you going despite the criticisms that may arise from other members about how you must have made a post or how insignificant your post might be likened to be. We are not perfect and mistake is necessary so we can learn from them and improve.

For OP he was lucky to have someone to encourage him but them what about those of us that don't , that probably came across the forum by coincidence of searching for bitcoin related informations, that's where you just got to be your encourager by focusing your mind on the goal that brought you to the forum and how you can creatively achieve it. The underlying factor about this whole talk of encouragement is, never allowing anyone's opinion have a torn on your flesh cause that's has you start getting discouraged.

Regardless of how newcomers interact in the forum, if they do not violate any forum rules, their time in the forum will not be cut off, just as they may spend years in the newbie rank if they do not appear serious enough to participate in serious and quality discussions in the forum.

That is why the merit system was created to motivate us to make excellent contributions to the forum in order to receive our rewards for producing good and quality contributions that are valuable to the Bitcoin community and the forum as a whole.


Most of the time, being desperate to rank up is the primary reason that some beginners get banned from the site due to plagiarism and violations of several forum rules. But, if everything was done step by step over time, with correct adherence to the rules and some excellent contributions to the forum, a newcomer today could become a legendary member tomorrow.

Nothing is instant in this world because everything needs a process for us to achieve, many people will share knowledge and the initial process when they get to know forums and the best way so that you can focus more on learning about forums is by "reading". Criticism is not always considered negative as long as it gives direction to anyone, because with this criticism we will add to our knowledge, so there is no need to be allergic when dealing with criticism from people who have experience in forums, because in fact it is the impetus that will make us grow.

All that needs to be done is to read more and study something that you think can provide insight into the knowledge you want to learn, nothing is difficult when we are consistent in learning but unfortunately many people are inconsistent and in the end give up and hopefully you are not included in that group.

I don't think you should bother to much about how Senior members react to your post or should you be bother about giving advice for now, you because you say all that on your post doesn't mean you would do it, I think newbies are pushing the wrong effort by making this sort of post, it's unnecessarily and sounds unreal.

The stage is already set for you to go for everything you want on this forum you don't need to tell us this, just start doing your very best to see you have a very productive stay on the forum, this should be your priority, build and improve yourself first before giving advice.

Change is the only constant in life; those changes don't just happen over night; they are based on the ability to learn and accept correction, which can make you adapt to new things and develop.
 
This forum is not just about learning from senior colleagues, like you refer to, who rank above your grade. Anyone can actually teach and correct any member who also finds himself or herself lost over something or makes a mistake in a certain situation. Not everything dropped by higher-ranking members is always correct and the right thing; just because they are higher-ranking doesn't mean they can't make mistakes, and when you detect any mistake, you are also free to redirect them in the right direction.
 
One thing that helps members grow so well in life and anywhere they find themselves is to always be open to learning, accept and take correction where necessary, and when you have something to contribute, you should do it without the fear of getting punished. Not to forget, abiding by the rules, like you have mentioned, is a primary thing to do.

Critique is never what should shut up anybody up on the internet, but some people are so naive, even on the internet, that on telling them a little "shut up," they will remain quite, maybe until you ask them Waxup? But here on the forum, no one cares about how you feel if you are criticized or insulted. No one will even care to ask about you if you decide to leave. On this forum, if you decide to remain quiet, it would take no long time for people to forget about you, so you must be productive in the ideas you share, and when you get insulted, just shrug it off and move on.

Many seniors and friends from your country have good knowledge about forums. Not only you, I also learned a lot from seniors from your country of origin until now.
I think you are in the right environment. Just like me who is very lucky to have seniors and an environment that cares so much about my progress.

I almost gave up when the merit system was implemented.
But on the basis of encouragement and motivation that continues to be given by them to make me active again.
From my experience here, many newbies give up when something they want to achieve is difficult to achieve.
Suggestions or criticisms given to you regarding punctuation, understanding the rules and so on are very valuable things.

OP. If one day you achieve what is your goal, don't stay silent and teach those who need direction and guidance like you have been supported by seniors.

This forum was created for people to learn, share ideas and make useful contributions in regards to Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency in general. When I started this journey earlier this year actually it was a friend that introduced me to bitcointalk, but it reached to a point I wanted to be discouraged but I got encouragement from some senior here whose advise came from a particular thread that we as newbies should understand a particular topic before contributing or make our opinion known on such topic.
The first thing I did was to understand the rules and regulations that governs the forum and abide by it, to an extent am being use to what is happening here and more, and I believe that in no distant time my contributions will be so enormous in this forum, this will be the fate of every other newbie that is hardworking and also all this will be achievable by encouragement from our senior colleagues it can be through several process,not necessarily meriting.

Criticism: there are constructive criticism that tends to correct a newbie by setting him or her in the right direction. using myself as an example, I was corrected by one of our senior colleagues here on the need to use punctuation marks where necessary in all my writeup since then I have been very careful in other to avoid the repeatation of such in future.
We newcomers should know that our time and continues stay in this forum depends on us and we have to cultivate the habit of learning and making prestigious use of our time here by making more detailed research of what we don't know before bringing it to this forum and also where we don't understand we ask question so that people that know more than us can put us through.

Newcomers note nobody succeeds overnight stay focused work hard and never give up on your dreams or goal it may delay but it must come to fulfilment.
