Dopey - be realistic, everyone joined your "amazing" campaign just because of BIG numbers on the first page of thread.. You said it was mistake of spaceman, let it be. But, you, as a CEO or founder (I believe you are) should to take responsibility, and not blaming anyone else. It was your discussion to hire Spaceman and your campaign.
So please, be happy that complaining just few people about that.

We paid out 2% of the total currency to this Bitcointalk bounty campaign.

This method of advertising was a failure and many of the participants hold social media accounts that are simply used to spam every single ICO in order to acquire free tokens.

I apologize that you did not make thousands of dollars for your retweets but the reality of the situation is that there was only 68K raised and 2% of that was sent to bounty participants for a total of $1360 worth of tokens.

I will now consider this discussion closed and focus my efforts on developing the software for the Smoke Exchange platform.

Do I need to show my Twitter tweets screenshots for you? I got engaged for your tweets and impressions more time. So just think how many tweets i tweeted for smoke exchange.

Oh wow, it appears your Twitter account is an absolute spam fest and you promote every single ICO ever created with 0 regard for anything except acquiring free tokens.

Sorry this project did not make you rich, we only raised 70K and it is being used for developing software not to pay you for your completely ineffective marketing techniques.

Dear Dopey, it is not because of complicated way.. because you cheated with bounty reward.. We discussed it earlier already. You just confused all hunters with big numbers and after said it was mistake - classics  

If these instructions are too difficult for you to follow perhaps you should not participate in crypto.

Claiming tokens from the Token Sale contract

You should receive your tokens instantly once transaction in Ethereum blockchain network is
confirmed. You may not see it automatically, but you can add Smoke Exchange Token to your
tokens watch list.

1. Mist/Ethereum Wallet – In the Contracts Section at the bottom of the page, click
'Watch token' then add the Smoke Exchange Token address:
0xf30ce9807e55bb1bbdf0417fed1e2e518bcc03bc. It should automatically fill all the
other fields (Token Name: SMX and Decimals: 18)

2. MyEtherWallet.com (at the bottom right you should see Token Balances). Click 'Add
Custom Token' then add the token address:
0xf30ce9807e55bb1bbdf0417fed1e2e518bcc03bc with the symbol: SMX. Then you
should set the decimals to 18. You should be able to see your SMX balance after that.

3. MetaMask – in the tokens section you need to click 'Add Token' and add the token
address: 0xf30ce9807e55bb1bbdf0417fed1e2e518bcc03bc. All other fields should be
filled automatically then after that you will be able to see your balance.

To check your balance go to:

Enter your address in 'balanceOf' field and press ‘Query’ so you’ll be able to check your balance

The funds have already been transferred to you and are in your wallet, you need to adjust your settings to be able to see them. this is the same for every ethereum token in existence.
