First off, we really know that CSW is not Satoshi. But this whole drama and court proceedings will really proved once and for all that he is a pathological liar. But I think that we will not stop from trolling us with his lavish claim. I guess it's about time that we as crypto enthusiast stop talking about this guy and let CSW demise together with his BSV.

i have no doubt that in that Date given by the Judge handling This case,finally Bitcoin will Get Justice from this Fudster?how i wish that it will happen soon because i am sure he can prove nothing in the end of the date.

Due to these hearings most of the Bitcoin Forks are all pumping. Bitcoin SV pumped almost 100% recently due to this news and it doesn't stop there. You guys probably forgot about the smaller bitcoin forks like Bitcoin Gold and Bitcoin Diamond, they are also up this week by 30% and 25%, respectively. All of them are even outperforming Bitcoin Cash.
So, this was the reason why we're seeing these forks pump lately. I thought that it was a normal pumping for most of them but this kind of event is really taking care of the pump.Waiting until Feb 4 and we'll see what's going to be his next speech.

Not sure how it's really a good thing though as I've read on an article that it's pretty much just a complete undo of the code changes, back to an older version of the codebase. They probably need to take a quick look at the definition of "upgrade".
That's a good reason for this BSV pump going on lately. Some others suggest that it was a pump because of the last tulip key that faketoshi needs to win the court, though I doubt that he will deliver at all. Those fan boys probably think they won just because of this "mysterious" courier that will decide everything, I still doubt it. He will probably make another excuse to delay it again so I'm really not that hype for feb 3.
But if the court decides that he can't prove himself to be Satoshi and deemed fake, I'm gonna party like it's 1999.

Does the court actually demands CWS to present a proof that he is Satoshi, or they are merely asking him to proof that he has the mentioned amount of Bitcoins? I didn't follow his case too closely, but as I remember, the judge wasn't interested whether CWS is Satoshi or not, it was always about the coins.
Also, CWS will continue his scam regardless of the ruling, he's a pathological liar and fraud.

I find the BSV pump quite funny though, mainly so with how it forces BCash to pump as well due to the difference in price and hashrate shrinking further and further. Roger Ver, CEO of BCash, must have sweaty balls.

Finally, an end to a liers era. Craig Wright already gains so much attention from fake talks he is publishing and that should be put to a stop before he uses it for negative things. I hope that Craig will go to jail rofl, lying and claiming once property no matter, if the user is unknown as long as you can't prove that you are that person, it is a criminal case I think.

I am suggesting that we should be giving Craig Wright a whole 10 years to prove himself to be the owner and in control of the Bitcoin under the name of Satoshi Nakamoto. In that way, he can continue on believing in himself to be the real man, and he will continue on spewing lies and made-up stories, out to entertain all of us for free. I guess that CW has already earned a big space in the Bitcoin history as the top name to recall whenever we are bringing the topic of "faketoshi."
Will someone send him an award for that, please?

Since we all know he is not satoshi, and he isn't going to prove anything, well then it's safe to say that all the lies and deception is all about to end. I do not know why Craig keeps up with this, but it's actually good this stopped, while majority of bitcoiners ignore his fud, there are some who may fall for his lies and be deceived by his fake claims, let's see what his comes up with before the ultimatum date, though it surely wouldn't be anything tangible to prove he's Satoshi, because he is NOT.
