I read the entire thing before posting.   Rationalizing and defending your perspective towards a choice you've made whilst simultaneously voicing outrage about "accusations" made against you AND making accusations of your own towards a bidders motives at the same time is just furthering your contradictions.

I don't agree with the way BTCC has run auctions. I dont have bad blood with your company. I like your products. I have not given up hope.

My constructive criticism is to have your word (Terms of agreement in initial auction posting) mean something. As of right now, in my opinion, we have not been shown that it does.  Rhetorically speaking, how can a company so large have so little foresight?

Thank you; point taken.

I appreciate your efforts towards taking customer feedback seriously.  Thank you.

In other news, I have sent my details, please see my pm and inform reply back if there is an issue the way the info is presented as I do not to lose my winning bid due to 48hr pay window.

Good news:
Our NEGATIVE TRUST feedback rating has been removed!

Thank you to Minerjones, and thank you everyone!

I still owe this community a lot, and will continue to work hard, along with BTCC, to improve the way we do things and how we run auctions and sales.

Thanks for all of the support and feedback, and please continue to give us constructive feedback and suggestions.

Cheers.
Bobby

More than willing to help you here Smiley As Anduck said, let one of us who know the rules and the general flow of things to manage your auctions. Doesn't mean you need to trust them with money, though I have been one of your biggest buyers for numerous years.

Sorry for the messed up auction and resulted backlash.

I suggest you let someone familiar with forum auctions to read the rules carefully before the start, or maybe publish rules well in time to have time for possible corrections by community. Then run the auction from the start to the end with the rules set in stone. If there turned up some improvement suggestions to the rules, apply them on the next auction.

That's a great idea.  Thanks.

I do understand your perspective, however it’s not the first time your auctions go wrong:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.37660441

That being said, people make mistakes and it’s important to learn from them.
Good luck with your next one Smiley

Yes, and see, this time we implemented Newbie-whitelisting rules, to prevent the same drive-by bidding fiasco from last auction.

In future auctions, we will consider better rules to deal with the problems we had this time.

Hope to get your support and your POSITIVE TRUST rating feedback for our account (maybe after you receive your shipment).

With positive encouragement from this community, we will continue to service you, and auction our new items here.

thanks,
Bobby

I’d love to be able to give you postive feedback again. However, since I stopped bidding after the rule change, I doubt i’ll receive any shipment from btcc this time. Unless there are free pokerchips for every bidder, like wttbs said Cheesy
That being said, I think a neutral feedback would be more in place, in stead of a negative one. I’m sure mj will consider changing this Smiley

come on guys, don't make this a drama and I am out of popcorn anyway to watch it.

Bobby made a mistake
He apologized
It won't happen again in future auctions
Lesson learned for him
Free pokerchips for every bidder
Everybody happy  Grin
