of course, he acts like a dictator with hidden, nontransparent rules and nobody is able to read this rules.
let him thinking about his behaviour and let him go public with the rules otherwise negative trust will follow after some time.
EDIT: he is advertising for managing foreign campains. so then it should be in his own interest to be as most transparent as he can. he should prove that he follows the rules of this campain from post #1 in this thread.
first step should be to go public with a waiting queue of aspirants for this campain in the order of their applications.
How does a campaign being "foreign" (whatever that means) relate to being transparent? The rules are easily read - they can be found on the first post of the thread and are used to have some posts be not counted.
Again, there is no waiting queue, and I don't see how a queue makes things more transparent. IIRC Betcoin.ag is the only campaign out of 20+ campaigns managed by various managers to have a queue, and it's not exactly a queue because you have to keep their signature on. I don't even know if they are still doing it with the restructure of their campaign.
Not everyone is accepted. The rules on the first post are a "base" and not what I use to accept people. It's not hard to write spam posts that are 100 characters, so not everyone who posts 100 characters is accepted. People are accepted based on good post quality, which means that most posts are of decent length, contribute, and aren't just repeating what has already been said.
quoted here again in case it will be deleted in the self moderated service thread.
this service is under observation because of the experience with the ChipMixer campain management. appropriate trust will follow.
there is no public waiting queue for new members at the moment and it seems management follows "hire and fire" attitudes of the campain manager.
All campaigns can be considered at will employment (if even that). There is no contract stating that I can't remove you from the campaign without X.
I don't benefit from hiring and then firing people, in fact it gives me more work as I have to look through applicants and pick one(s) to accept. Given that you have a problem with me hiring and firing people, then why do you complain about me not accepting everyone? There would be even more hiring and then firing going on, since some don't have a good post quality and would likely be removed without pay, wasting their time, my time, and taking up a slot from someone that would be paid.
This is not the thread to discuss this stuff, it is for the ChipMixer campaign solely. Go make a thread in the Reputation section if you want to continue discussing this.
