Thank you for the explanation and I apologize if my suspicions offended you.

Rule updated, it is not mandatory to were a signature while applying you can update it once accpeted. I don't think I am willing to put an exact time for exceptance, as I already said I don't find much poster's in the area's of the forum as required by the EarnBet to be promoted. I could even PM someone who applied before, so it is it.

i dont think it is really needed to wear the signature for applyng, he will only accept participants base on post quality and his qualification.
wearing signature will never guaranteed you will be accepted in the campaign and it will never considered even how long you wear that signature.

If participants affraid that he will not getting paid for what post he make then remove the signature and wait to be accepted first.

Of course, everyone who wants to participate in the campaign should follow its rules.

In my opinion, applications can be considered within 24 hours (if someone announce recruitment, should reserve time for that earlier) because posts written in the past should be valid enough, not those that were written after submitting the application. Unless the manager wants as many people as possible to write posts with signature after submitting the application. Then after a few days manager can say to most (or all) that they do not meet the requirements and campaign enjoy hundred or at least several posts for free ..

And the same thing every week. There are now only 5 users in the campaign that need to be paid. Another as many or more, now writes posts for free, because the manager just does not have time, or does not want to check applications. It turns out that more posts can be written for free than paid. Good business isn't it?

EDIT: I check. At the moment 5 users is in campaign and 10 users is writing posts with signature after applying.. So after a week of waiting, campaign pay not for 15 users, but just for 5..

It is enough, to do not require wearing signature before accepting the application.

If you are really interested to join a signature campaign, you will follow the rules properly. If it says to wear the signature before apply then do it; to show the willingness to be a participant. You should also have the patience to wait by the decision of the CM if you'll be accepted or not. I think the CM should also follow his own instructions.

Is it fair that wearing signature is required before apply, and apply is considered after a few days, or even a week?  

I understand why users don't wear signatures and apply, but doesn't that disqualify them right away?
