yes, they should and can have a lot of time to prevent the impostor and scammers from entering.
but, I think the simplest and least inconvenient way is not to give them a chance at all by looking at their recording of transactions over ico.
preventing double-ip network can also but not completely effective prevent but can only reduce the existence of double claim token airdrop.

Airdrop for token buyer maybe is good enough. Its not fair if airdrop is shared to public. The buyers will be loss if thats gonna happen.

first, the decision not to distribute coins to the public and only to those who have bought is a fair decision. secondly, distributing to those who already bought with the concept of airdrop to make the coins will run out but not increase the number of owners. in the end the coin will only spin on the buyer and even there will likely be a majority owner of the coin (broker) which any time can control the market price. third, however this system requires a high transaction intensity, if only spinning in 1000's of people who have bought coins then there will be a monopoly by a handful of coin owners. and this is actually not healthy.

a glimpse of airdrop may be like tossing a token. but the fact is, the more visitors that come to airdrop that mean more promote activity. the more promos make a higher tagline and the more impact that the coin knows. and the end result, intensity of website visitors and transactions increases. and this eventually raises the rating.

I see, social media is not very effective to promote Fundfantasy project. We promote Fundfantasy in social media to get refferal. And the promotion done by the fundfantasy team to get any investor I think is also different. They have done promote in CNBC and manymore.

this is what I mean by decreasing automatically.
so far we use a lot of social media like fb and others just for the needs of getting referrals, bounty, airdrop and others. and that is usually very intense we do when pre ico and ico period.
after ico is finished, the promo activity will automatically decrease. we focus on markets and systems.
