Are there any still awaiting payment?  If so are they going to go up for another auction?

Nope.  All of these coins have been paid for and the last one was prepared to ship this morning.

There are 2 other auctions that are happening from the giveaway.  The first is already going on.  It is for coins won by the "Minted Seat Collective" and all proceeds from this auction will be distributed only among Minted Seats.  If you're a Minted Seat owner, you should be cheering on this auction: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ended-nastyfans-minted-seats-for-the-minted-seat-collective-5343798

The final auction from the giveaway will take place once nonnakip has tried every means to contact winners and given them plenty of time to respond.  If there is no response, we will auction the coins that aren't spoken for and distribute the funds to the entire club.

I'm going to lock this thread now in order to not distract from the auction that is currently taking place.

I missed the end - damn I wanted that 5 oz - if you are allowing late bids I would like to up mine to a winning bid for both the 5 and 2 ounce coins.

Deviating from the listed rules seems to be common these days - I recently bid on a 24 hour auction that was ended after an hour and sold to someone via dm without myself ever having a chance to up my bid or not.

Sorry. 15 seconds is one thing, especially when the forum can take a long time to load pages or make posts. There’s no legitimate reason to accept bids this late though.

I do appreciate everyone’s bids and urge people to bid what they want to pay instead of trying to last second snipe, as it seems to cause people to miss getting what they want more often than not.

15 seconds - 15 hours - same difference. there is never a legitimate reason to accept any late bid - I was simply stating that if you are accepting late bids, I would like to place one as well.

The forum never takes 15 hours to load a page or make a post. Whereas my inbox couldn’t load in 15 seconds if the fate of Bitcoin depended on it. So ya, there’s a huge difference, but I’m happy to be a stickler for the rules as it was clear the bidder didn’t understand them clearly. Was just giving people an opportunity to work it out themselves if they had a change of heart, but as stated I would side with the stated rules if there was any dispute. The last minute bidder changed his mind anyway, so there’s no issue here and no you can’t still place bids, that would be ridiculous and without any logical reasoning.

Still awaiting payment from some of the winning bidders. That’s the only remaining issue here.

I’m not sure how much of a stickler we are around here for seconds nowadays. Is 5:00 and 15 seconds a valid bid? I tend to want to give people the benefit of the doubt, especially when it comes to posting things that could take some time, but I don’t want to upset anyone’s feelings. Anyone involved have an opinion or want to weigh in on if they are OK being outbid in this fashion?

How about the part where you say it extends an extra 10 minutes ..?  If you don't follow your rules, it's fine, I'll retire

It does say it extends it from the bid time. The last bid time was well before 10 of the auction ending. Following my rules to a T would be invalidating your bids. However, if you want to pay more and some of the other bidders are ok with your bid being 15 seconds late, I’m fine with it. If the other bidders want their winning bid honored, I would need to do so.

No thanks, I prefer to keep my Bitcoins,Congratulations to the Winners

Thank you for being willing to accept the rules as stated. I’m sorry you weren’t able to snag one of these deals but there are still more coins from the giveaway to be auctioned in the future so don’t be too discouraged.

Winning bidders can send BTC to 1NASTYfxUpKPwin7b1KTBFjeeofrLSgXDJ and PM me with their shipping information.

How about the part where it says:

"Bids extend auction ending by 10 minutes from bid time."

No bids were made within ten minutes of end time, so IMO, you lost, sorry. Tongue

Unless I am looking at this wrong, you might be 16 secs too late.

You're wrong, it clearly says that it extends an extra 10 minutes.
I also only edited as the seller said.

Ya, it ends in around 4 hours. Fun fact, Arizona doesn’t change the clocks for daylight savings time so 1/2 the year we are on pst and half the year we’re an hour ahead. It can make it fun trying to catch your favorite tv shows or timing reoccurring events. Other than that it isn’t too noticeable. Strange the entire country isn’t on a standard when it comes to this. So ya, ends in ~4 hours.
