Are either of these coins funded? I’m still getting my legs when it Comes to identifying collectibles and knowing anything about them. I know a bit about my favorite that’s about it. I’m assuming the coin that says “one bitcoin” isn’t funded, but it never hurts to ask.

No, neither are funded.  Both are unloaded coins.

Do either have compromised private keys?  Or are you to use your own pub/priv keys when you get the coin?

The dogecoin may or may not be funded, frank will have to check the public key to know.

The ColdCoin Spy coins are not funded, they don't have keys, they're designed to allow an SD card or small piece of paper to be stored in a hidden compartment. You can see the secret compartment being opened here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IHPVztTqg2E
