As I undestand from article, this exhange will be backed by Gibraltar goverment?

I do not like the rule of compulsory participation in the telegram. If you are putting a rule on it, then you have to give the telegram prize automatically to anyone signing it. Why are you opening a rewards program separately?

Currently there is a shortage of stock exchanges, existing exchanges are overloaded and I think if the stock exchange will work in accordance with the road map and small commissions it will be wonderful. The project does not provide a referral program?
I agree that there is shortage of crypto-currencies exchanges. Crypto-world has grown (and still expand) to a very big market, fragmented but growing by importance and value.
We see a lot of good projects that are released every month.The existing crypto-exchanges experience enormous inflow of users and simply cannot handle this growing pressure.
We need more traditional exchanges and I am sure decentralized exchanges will also grow in 2018 & beyond.

Unfortunately, we don`t have an affiliate program, but there is an Account Opening Gift of 50 free RKT, for signing up an account and getting whitelisted to be a GBX account holder.I suppose referral programs are for platforms that are already LIVE no? GBX aims to become the world's first licensed and regulated platform for the sale of tokens and digital exchange assets managed by the regulated European Union stock exchange ("EU").
More specifically, gbx-this is expected to be:
a global marketplace for listing and selling tokens that satisfy the strict due diligence process and the admissibility process set out in the "GBX rules";
exchange of high-quality digital assets, including a market in which issuers of tokens, traders and investors can confidently and reliably participate in a platform where the listed tokens have been subjected to an institution-level approval process.
More specifically, gbx-this is expected to be:
a global marketplace for listing and selling tokens that satisfy the strict due diligence process and the admissibility process set out in the "GBX rules";
