Our longer term goal, therefore, is to develop the Sharpe Crypto-Derivative (SCD) token, subject to necessary approvals. This first-inclass token creates the foundations for a solid link between blockchain assets and
the global economy, and will ultimately provide possible payment of dividends to participants. Through our community governance structure, in which SHP holders have the right to table and vote on motions which guide the direction of Sharpe Capital, we ultimately aim to deliver a suite of investment products with various risk profiles and across multiple asset classes, including blockchain assets. The timeline for SCD issuance is Q1 2019. An independent crowd-sale will be held for the issuance of SCD tokens, from which 100% of the proceeds will be directly invested using our proprietary trading technology.

I completely missed last AMA which was two weeks ago but appreciate for sharing it again. Those questions as well as their answers are in details and reader feels that he has gotten the information to date. What I didn't find still is what is the direct benefit for holders like me who have bought SHP and have intention to keep them in wallet as holder. What you offer to those kind of holders ?
Hello, Abonarea, apart from the fact that SHP can cost more over time, you can stake SHP and receive payouts for correct predictions on Centuri.

Sharpe's SCD token sale is on the roadmap for March, 2019!
SCD will be issued via a separate crowdsale for a dedicated tokenised fund. As it is likely to constitute a security in many jurisdictions around the world, we may initially restrict the sale to "sophisticated" investors. More work needs to be done on this though, to check whether there is a way we can offer it more widely to the public.
