I checked your site and that that Top Earners page is not looking that enticing. I will however add the site to the favorites and monitor it frequently.
I think you need more promotion and traffic, have you considered some marketing actions to promote your side? You can start with signature campaigns or something like that.

What's the base rate, like how much would watching 5 videos get you in bitcoin or USD?
First you'd need credits first.. then you will be eligible to receive ads.
If you view a paid video, you'll lose credits. If you accumulate bigger credits, then you will be eligible to receive bigger valued paid videos.
