The ICO you just mentioned did good by " communicating " their concerns about releasing the bounties during a bad market atmosphere (which is their right to delay it).
I hope EVN team communicate even more about the bounties so everything be in place, even a good ETA date is recommended (1 month from now, 2 months) at least a date so this nag stops.
it's the only thing we can really do at the moment dont know if they're actually able to get into legal trouble for not paying out bounties
