EOSex will be a community controlled company without an independent blockchain. EOSex aims to share the profits generated from trading with all the EXP holders and thereby working to create a community-based quality asset for digital trading and digital assets.

EOSex will remove all the barriers for dApp to be listed in the exchange. The listing process is determined by EXP holders, thus ERC20 token can also be listed.

In my opinion, this is a good step for EOS because with the making of the Semi Decentralized Exchange there is a possibility that other people will follow too, and it looks like EOS is able to compete with competitors (Ethereum, Waves, Neo, Stellar)

eos might really be an etherum competitor. with their own exchanger steps, they will certainly be a bounty platform. after eaves and stellar, now eos also has its own exchanger, this will be intense competition.

Impressed by this project. EOS is a very strong token and in the future I think that it will shift Ethereum from the 2nd place in capitalization. Today, a huge number of applications have already been created at EOS, as well as a large number of airdrops for EOS token holders on their wallets. I think what makes it different is that the exchange can add ERC tokens and EOS tokens on their platform. If you have been watching Weidex, they have also a cross chain platform where they aim to add NEO tokens at the same time the ERC tokens so the concept isn't new except EOSEX offers profit for each holders of the circulating tokens inside their platform. I don't know what else but this is so far that I've read in their whitepaper.

The developer of EOS forced everyone to pay EOS to create their own wallet. I called that as a wrong decision. but is this the only EOS exchange in this time?

it's good to see eos eco-system are very active and lots of developments are going right on. i wouldn't wonder if one year from now, eos will become a full-blown global blockchain that will be used by big institutions and general people.
