Very helpful thread I just stumbled on.
I would definitely choose EOS. They'll release public testnet in few days and though NEO has already working blockchain EOS has better parameters, so NEO won't be a competitor to EOS.
If you had to buy an altcoin what would it be? NEO or EOS?
I think NEO is the good potential coin after EOS. because it is very cheap coin and it easy to analyze and trading in the market.

These are two really good and promising coins that can bring great profits after a while. I think I would have bought 65% of NEO, and the rest 35% would have invested in the EOS. I believe that such a distribution of investments will bring the maximum profit.

NEO is much more familiar to me. I have experience of using it. But after some falls I refused it and don’t hold it anymore. Other currency is unknown for me. So I could answer about NEO exceptionally.
EOS it is nothing at the moment. I think that NEO has the more potential than EOS. EOS overvalued at the moment and useless. Some very good projects based on NEO and it is good point for grow.
In my case, it would be NEO. I really like this coin.

Both are good Altcoins.NEO is the chines ETH based on smart contract.Today many ICO are also using NEO platform to dispense their tokens.NEO developers are well experienced and in future it has massive potential to thrive.Currently its price is low and in coming few years it would go high to a great extent.
EOS is another good coin.It supports faster transaction speed and more scalability.EOS is still in nascent stage and its price is very low.A constructive work behind EOS demonstrate that in coming few years its price will be very high.So investment in EOS and holding for some years is very lucrative.
In my Crypto basket i am holding these two coins for long term and expecting high return in coming years.
NEO definately.
For me EOS and NEO are both good crypto coin and it depends on the holder how he can manage his coin by selling and trading. But you will also know if the coin is going down or up and for me NEO is my chosen coin and I think there is more about NEO in the future.

As I think almost people will only focus on NEO cause it's a really good cryptocurrency but for now, I think if I have to choose one out of these cryptocurrencies, I will choose EOS, why?
Lower price, fit with investor has small amount of money to invest like me, also a good cryptocurrency and good potential in the future but the main reason why I will choose EOS is I don't believe in NEO and China anymore, although NEO is being supported by China gorvenment but they're doing a lot of things have bad effect to crypto market, NEO is also a victim of this case. I'm afraid that if I invested in NEO and China government stop supporting for NEO, it'll be the worst thing ever.

Although Neo and EOS are quite high-quality, reliable and developing projects, I would nevertheless choose Neo. I believe that Neo is more affordable in pricing, it's easier to analyze and trade in the market.
This two both good. But I prefer EOS now best time to buy it. Dawn 3.0 will be at the end of month and price will go up, you will see. However i can be wrong and all of crypto go down, but I hope it wont happen.
I still have my doubts about EOS, so I'm thinking about NEO more for now. Besides, I think it has more potential and could very well be behind ETH.
I suggest you to buy a neo coin. Because neo coin is have a future and potencial to pump a price.
maybe NOE is better for you to buy it because I heard there is a new altcoin ONT distribution for all neo investors, and I think it will give you an extra profit for you in investing.
both of them are good coins, but if must choose one, i prefer to EOS, NEO already get a big rise and EOS has not pump too much, which means EOS has a larger potential in some sense, anyway, the mainnet will be launched soon, lets wait and see the performance of EOS
