Unfortunately, I confirm erex.io do not give to withdraw DOGE, because of this, I have lost a lot of money, they do not respond to emails in twitter too silence. No relation to the support, NO contacts, where you can ask for help, I suspect that the exchange has not fulfilled its obligations to its customers and keep, trade here dangerously.
Sorry for the loss. Is there any reason you avoided popular and reputable exchanges like Binance, Kucoin, huobi etc and instead used Erex?It's actually my first time hearing about this exchange.

They will NOT send out any coin that has any value (Doge being one of them).
Coins like BTV, they still send out, but that one is worthless and is only trading at Erex.io.

This is a confirmed scam. They do not respond to missing payouts and will NOT send out any coin that has any value.

New exchange without valid company registrations is always have big risk of scam, so for newbie who willing to deposit their money into new exchange like this, please do your own research to avoid losing money if they are lcoked your account or fund with no reason.
It would be better not to engage any transaction with this exchange there are more reputable exchanges, my advice still go for the exchange that has made good names for their services and look for reviews before you use an exchange so you know what will you dealing with

Well they are actually a well known scam exchange, plus they not answered to any of scam accusation.
My suggestion, if you get scammed, or have to report an issue, please post here you experience or create a new topic so more user are aware about this scam

People use these exchanges to avoid KYC, which goes against the fundamentals of crypto. Without regulation, I would never touch KYC for most exchanges. However, regulation brings government control of crytpo. Exchanges like this, if legit, are also good for small upcoming coins without funds to list on exchanges that rape you with fees like HitBTC.
I've always thought it is interesting how these platforms deal with foreign law, for example: https://www.financemagnates.com/cryptocurrency/are-rogue-countries-turning-to-crypto-for-sanctions-relief/
So government control or not seems that these platforms help foster a first stop to a decentralization "road" so to speak. I've never heard of that Erex exchange though.
I remember the first platform I traded on was hitbtc, and thought those were regular fees in all platforms. I dealt with EOS back then so the fees were actually not bad at all, got surprised to use the lowest fee tokens on this platform and see that other platforms charged more for it. As for other coins on this one I've seen that it's better to make a single big withdrawal instead of small ones to help with the brunt of the cost.

Really sorry to hear about this. I hope you didn't lose too much, is there no chatbox system inside or a TrustPilot place to publicize your complaint? It works sometimes! Worked for me in the past just keep bothering them but politely on social media.
Anyway, stick to reputable exchanges. They may cost more but you have that peace of mind.
Inside there are roughly 30k satoshi of a new altcoin*... not too much but is an exchange has serious problem managing very low amount of money ... mmm it's hard to believe they are able to manage decent sum of money at this point. *(Last week when I tried to login this amount was around 0,001-0,002 btc...)
No I don't get any serious loss check my message quoted. I am upset for the way they managed this situation .
If you can't login in a site, no reply or without a logic way to retrieve a password it's pretty annoying.
But I see the positive point, they scammed " a beer and pizza" and probably now they can't scam "serious" amount of money from other users.
