pretty sure that will drive a lot more enthusiasm, there is a lot of emotional attachment to Escudo, you can ride that wave quite well
And, as to any coin launch, if you get someone to accept the coin from the on start to buy actual goods or services, then you might get somewhere - Portuguese are a hell of lot more entrepreneurial than most, I'm pretty sure some guys will be willing to support things like surf classes, alternative tourism tours, school tutorials on math and other stuff, informal lodging, 2nd hand trading, whatever!
