Escrow is when a 3rd party - the escrow holds both the funds and the item for sale and does the exchange itself and then sends money to seller and item to buyer. Everything else is basically Paypal with nonreversible funds because the so called escrow is basically the arbiter of disputes instead of actually being used to prevent disputes.

I have not conducted much business here but I do a lot of buying and selling of BTC/chips on sealswithclubs.eu, the bitcoin poker site. Could you add https://escrow.pm to the list? It's a fee free automated service from the Cryptography LTD team. It does not charge any fees due to being advantageous as a cross-marketing tool.
