There are matches where team A is a 60% favorite and Team B has +100 or better odds to win the match. For example, Copenhagen Wolves vs SHC on Thursday. Supa Hot Crew had +117 odds, fans voted 40% for them to win, and really did have a 50% chance of winning.
Cool, I guess that's basically what I'm asking...since there aren't very many people capping the matches, do you think that the lines that are put out are basically based on fans voting and not necessarily the actual skill disparity between the teams? I always figured that was the case (and thus would make the lines very beatable) but I have no idea how the game works so I can't really check my theory.
I tried to watch a couple of games, and while I certainly understand the basics of the game, I didn't know what was going on. I don't know if a team does something that's very skillful or very sloppy, it just kind of looks like running back and forth to me. Is there a way for me to educate myself aside from just putting hundreds of hours into the game?
