i didn't feel like placing any esports bets today, but then i read this thread and, well, a couple of tickets won't hut   since you mentioned Sg.pro vs Syman, i'm gonna add this match to a 3 fold, plus LEC and LCS return today so another 3 fold there:

- Syman ML + Rogue ML + Team Diginitas ML (Rocket League) total odds: 2.36 / Fnatic ML - MAD lions ML + G2 ML total odds: 2.95

I was going to say Cr4zy got this one for you, but apparently it's not a cs:go match and i'm not following dota2 at all, anyway gl with it.

I had just like you Hard Legion ml + ALTERNATE aTTaX ml, didn't do much research on those last night, but bo1 usually goes towards the favorites. ALTERNATE tried to make their match interesting with that tilting finish, they gave up 13-6 lead and had to go through overtime.

Sg.pro vs Syman (elimination game) Syman would be my favs to win but ml odds are way too low, if Sg.pro gets to play on mirage or overpass i might go with O2.5

ngl, didn't know this was a finale  i just looked at today's matches on hltv, saw Nexus and thought "ez money" =P  great mathc so far, off to OT in map 2

man, i'm watching the match on twitch and the caster is portuguese, and holy smokes that guy is really into it! screaming like crazy whenever Giants win a round or a player misses a shot...10/10 i don't understand what he's saying (except for "merda" which means shit, heh) but it's hella entertaining to listen to lol

Crazy won that one anyway, NEO did do ok but it wasnt enough for that team to challenge in any game they had from what I saw.    Crazy played well vs AGF and were leading on inferno yet lost anyway, so I relied on crazy to win that last game and bring me back to even

I have Nexus ml + CR4ZY ml with the less attractive 1.97 total odds.

Two reasons why i didn't take Nexus -1.5, first this is a grand finale game, a lot on the line for both teams, and second because Giants apparently went 2-0 in the group stage (without losing a map), also swept their opponents in the quarterfinals/semifinals. They should be good for at least a map?

This would surely be a great time to spend some money because every game being played is now relied into individual performances since they are not physically present to boosts each others morale.

Would surely follow DOTA 2 and CS:GO. Odds in those games are crazy since it only takes a matter of seconds to turn the whole game around.

never heard of Giants so: Nexus -1.5 + CR4ZY ML total odds 3.00 (lucky number, perhaps?)

CR4ZY are going through a rough patch rn, but they were pretty good prior to this bad run, plus the mappool favors the ukrainian guys so i'm backing them today.

My early bet for today was both HellRaisers and AGF to win (group stage games from Eden Arena: Malta Vibes Week 3 are BO1 which imo gives opportunity for some nice O/U 26.5 bets depending on the map pick. Map stats prior to start, HellRaisers with an obvious advantage AGF not so much, O26.5 would've been nice here, CR4ZY are very tough team to beat.




Group stage opening games are followed almost immediately by winner's match and elimination match, but again none of the major btc bookies have those games whereas esports ones do (ggbet had like 114 markets available )...

edit; some markets for the elimination match between HONORIS and CR4ZY just showed up, yay lol

Nexus losing a map (O2.5) or sweeping Giants Gaming later today?

Nexus had a good start on vertigo 11-6 but lost in overtime. I see that some of you had team Secret to win, map pool was on on their side, but i guess the over was the right move here.

I went with something similar, 3-legged parlay with Nexus +1.5 + Secret 1.5 and PACT ml. PACT game was nerve-racking to follow as they barely won. So many overtimes i stopped counting them. Anyway, it's always nice when you start the week on a positive note, 1-0 hehe

Today I have a multi with sAw ML - Nexus Gaming + Team Secret - Tricked Over2.5 total odds: 2.80

Hopefully, sAw learned something from the last game versus Nexus a few weeks ago. The other match is gonna be an epic battle between the best teams in the competition so far, i can see this one going to map 3.

I'm with you on that over and since they have another series before this one, Tricked have a decent chance of getting at least one.

I also have another over @1.8 for the Nine to Five tournament between Hard Legion vs Avez the map pool and win percentages screams third map all over it.

In theory I know people who play near that level who I could ask but they dont bet so troubling them for that reason would be stretching their interest.   They know in game because they play vs them in scrims.   Im not that level and its not my region either so I'd be guessing tbh.

I couldnt bring myself to bet on so many tiny teams playing right now I dont know that well, ultimately I just bet alongside often watching the games.   Its totally valid to bet these teams but requires some homework or alot of trust in someone elses judgement and I always like to have an opinion to test and a team to support.   Its nice to watch an underdog win sometimes even if I didnt bet that, I dont even know who is the underdog except from the odds numbers.    I'm a bit out of touch with the csgo scene compared to the days of csgolounge allowing direct skin bets and I'd throw some on every game maybe for the whole day with some intel read somewhere or other.   The South African national team is heavily compromised by a union apparently, all kinds of strange facts and dynamics work out who wins in games quite often, map strengths etc.   SA lost because their best players werent backed by a union so not allowed to play, can you believe that's true in esports lol  but knowing that made an easy win on good odds for world cup games way back in the day, Im sure Im missing a ton of details like that now.   Quite a few bets miss details that matter and a profit can be made from that afaik.
