Actually, it is possible to set up an account on coins.ph by people from outside the Philippines, so I see no problem.
I also think that if the recipient (participant) agrees to cover the fee, it should also be no problem to send the prize to him.

Kung yung nanalo ay wala dito sa Pilipinas at sana ibang bansa siya for sure na napakamahal ng babayaran para sa shipping fee nito from Philippines to other country and mas maganda nga talaga kung sa kamag anak na lang o sa mga kaibigan ng nanalo niya ipangalan na andito sa Pinas para naman mas makamura ng babayaran para wala ng problema na maganap pa.
Matagal ko na gusto yang watch na yan tapos yung winner ay hindi pala nakatira sa Pinas problem nga yan dahil mas mahal pa shipping fee kesa relos pero gusto ko talaga yung watch kung pwede bigay sa akin ni Op tatanggapin ko ng buong buo kasama rin ako sa nanalo ng consolation prize.
