I don't think only ETH has dropped in price but all cryptocurrency and including Bitcoin, so you can't say ETH failed in 2018 and I also believe ETH is strong, so in my opinion ETH prices won't drop to $ 10 because I think the price of $ 130 is the lowest price for ETH, so I'm sure the price of ETH will increase soon.

for me I don't think so. although eth is currently experiencing bad things, but ETH still has a future. even though Eth's price is currently down. but we need to be sure, maybe later this year or later in 2019 eth will return to improve.
