In most forks, storing the coin in your own personal wallet is the best option for forking.
Because they usually taking snapshot balance and send the fork coin later if you can give the proof of your wallet ownership.
So, better hold in the wallet which you have the key.

Yes, for a cold wallet you will not get new models. It is indispensable for them to be placed on the stockpile, which will support the performance of the device. ACCEPT Binance, as soon as you get new models, you can give them or give them away. Older can turn back to the cold strap

Ethereum is making improvements to it's platform from service like transaction,  scaling for more uses of Ethereum platform and reducing the reward of mining.  I also think this will set a stage for Pos mining!

You have to own your Ethers. i mean you have to have private key from the wallet.
There will be 3 hard forks, one of them is scam - Ethereum Nowa, so be careful.

The branch of Ethereum is different from BCH. The branch of Ethereum is to make Ethereum better developed and upgraded. This is a good thing.

I think the safest place is to keep it in a wallet like Myetherwallet. Because usually not all exchange wallets support it. But you can make sure to the exchange so you can enjoy this fork

Nothing to do need at this time. Usually myetherwallet better for all over Ethereum support token. Otherwise hardware wallet also great for safe and secure transactions. We should keep calm any moment. Cold mind can help to improve our knowledge.

Before you will get information on what to do. And I believe that this Constantinople will make the market to go high , especially the ethereum market . ETH has been doing just really fine since this week and the price has been recovering ,I’m just hoping that it doesn’t fall again. Although the fork will cause a little setback ,but it will pick up within a short while.

I am prefer keeping my ethereum in exchanger wallet that support Ethereum constantinopel. A few exchanger already confirm support constantinopel like binance, but its true that its more safe keeping our ethereum in our own wallet

I don't think the much awaited ethereum hard fork will give birth to new coin, though we might give it a try by having some ETH in your wallet but not exchange.

No need doing anything, eth coin specifications dont be changed.
And of course dont ask exchanges support fork.
fork is slang for update network

The important thing to participates in any fork is to have the coins or tokens in the wallet you personally control, if not there may be some exchanges that do not want to support the chain and won't credit you with the forked tokens, we have seen this happen over and over again with ETC and BCash SV.

Keep it on MEW and you do not have to do anything. If you keep it on an exchange, be sure that the exchange supports the fork.

I can't really imagine that there are any exchanges which are not supporting the fork due to the fact that the hard fork won't result in a new coin except ETH.
Are you stupid? have you seen bitcoin? It was doing a fork anytime and generate more and more coin while ethereum generates only ETC and it's not the foundation's fault.
This hardfork will result no a new coin or token will generate.

It's good fine if hardfork ETH doesn't produce new coins, but by updating the system that is on ETH it will make every investor interested to invest in it, if this keeps happening then the ETH price will go back up so you can take some profit.
It doesn't really matter if the hard fork will produce another coin, you'll just get it anyway if the exchange you keep it will distribute that coin.

or you are person that keeps always on MEW or hardware wallets.

Will need to watch what other exchanges will support fork and of course to store on a cold wallet or Mew there will give you the coins
if everything goes as expected, we can benefit from the results of the hardfork event. and ethereum is also the coin that rarely makes hardfork, so I think it will be interesting

wait ...
it looks like you misinterpreted the Fork this time. hardfork ethereum is not the same as HF bitcoin, because no new coins will be created. as I know, this update is only to reduce block reward

Well, you must have several ETH in your personal wallet such as MyEtherWallet, Ledger Nano, etc I guess... Like a hardfork in general, you will receive it after the fork. Make sure to follow the latest information.
