It seems that the persistent bear market drastically reduced ETH's network congestion. Gas fees have been ranging as low as 17 Gwei to 30 Gwei on average. The native cryptocurrency Ether (ETH) has been declining like crazy in Fiat terms, so it would be a lot cheaper to buy NFTs or do other network operations than before.

Assuming ETH doesn't go any lower in price, would now be a great time to get in? Or should I wait a little longer? Do you think gas fees will soar back up again after the crypto winter settles? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley

If that's the case scenario right now, I could say it is a good time to buy and make transaction with it.
Particularly, if you want to buy NFT using ETH payment, this timely I think in my own opinion I guess.
Because, once the price of ETH spike again in the market to increase, the transaction fee surely will follow
by it. Therefore, if you are one of the investors into Ethereum, you don't have any choice but to take the
chance while the price is cheap now in the market.

Maybe we can buy some for now and buy some more when the price drops again later,
it looks like the price will go down again considering the market is still in a bearish condition,
but again it depends on each person's decision

Nice idea Sir, thanks for this statement you gave here I will do this with what you said.
At least I have a reserved capital if ever the price dump again.

Maybe you should focus on the price of ETH before entering the market. If the price is at a low level or drops below and stays there, you can enter the market and buy ETH because if you buy in the market, the costs you incur are costs that have been determined by the market and probably won't be that big either.

But if your feeling tells you that you need to wait a little longer, you can wait for it to come back until your feeling says you can buy at that time. No one knows if the cost of gas will spike again once the crypto winter is over or it will increase any time soon. Importantly, take your time to determine when to enter the market.

Well, we have no choice in the first place, as an investor, I look into the time that it gives me a chance to save some cost/fees, that is exactly a good time of entry. But if have been given no chance, I may sacrifice still. What really matters is we are investing in one of the most promising coins in the market. Although that was sad that fees are too high, however, this is not a factor to ignore ETH, no - it still we find ways to cover up the cost and that buying in low and selling high is the thing to do.

Yep I did send the Livepeer token which was airdropped to my old wallet where I only have few ETH enough to  make a transaction. Glad that I did it,I guess I can use the funds to buy Doge. Well Its a great time to also invest ETH, I think it already have bottomed. Although its possible that it will dip again but at least I now have some ETH for token transaction.

Yah its a great time to enter in market now market now if you already converted some stable coins this is the right moment to get in cheap. Eth gas fees is lower than previous year!  Last year we forget about eth transaction platform because of bnb cheap fees!

It shouldn't be the gas fee as the factor in your decision to buy Ethereum. Most of those that have been buying are thinking that it will be back on its last ATH and even higher than that. Aside from that, it's for long term so if you are optimistic and one of the believers that's having that thinking of holding for a long time, then it's your time to shine and buy it while it's on $1100. I remember the old time somewhere on 2018 when it's too low and many still didn't bought at that price.

It would be a great idea to keep monitoring the growth rate of eth because surely the gas fees will be affected as well and you can get more cheaper fees when buying erc20 token. Infact the market still not fine so probably there will be more changes soon.
It will all be worth the price too, because when the price of Ethereum starts to decline in the market, the transaction fees on the Ethereum network will also decrease although not by a very large size, as well as when the price of Ethereum starts to increase, the transaction fees on the network will also increase. So obviously it takes time to monitor this so that everyone who wants to make transactions on the Ethereum network can know when transaction fees are low.

If that happens, it's a great opportunity to buy and think profitably. But it's fair to say here we're in a complicated phase of the market where things are still down in a bear market. Although they might recover in the short term, as far as safety is concerned, I don't need to go too far in a rush to take risks in a period when everything fluctuates sharply in the negative direction.

Personally I think this is suitable time to buy Ethereum blockchain based NFTs and some quality tokens as we can see the current gas fees of Ethereum network is quite cheap and I don't think it may go more down although the dull market conditions may leave more impact on gas fees of Ethereum network nevertheless if you have found this time perfect to use Ethereum blockchain then you must consider to use it now maybe the gas price will go up in future.

It is not a matter of how low the Ethereum price or the fees but instead it is if we have funds to Buy Ethereum entering another Holding.
because we are on lowering market still and there are chances that this may lower more in the coming days or months so if we have funds to buy now? then do but if we are ready to wait more then buy more in the later days.

I am not going to present a technical analysis, because long term chart shows it is riding with king bitcoin's halving period where ath happens and drops steadily in the next couple of years. But just in case it won't be the same, then you can actually start buying. Huge financial firms usually invest by tranche.

My projection on eth is it may drop as low as $400 range. But I will start buying from $1,000, then $900, down to $400 if ever it happens.

Now that the payment for gas in the Ethereum network has begun to fall in price, there is an amazing opportunity to trade and send funds in the Ethereum network. And it follows that now investors can take advantage of this network since the commissions on the Ethereum network are the lowest, and now everyone is really looking for the right time and ways to pay lower gas commissions when trading on the network.

If you are altcoin fan then ETH is not a bad choice but if you want to make transactions then it could be problem as gas might be low at this time but soon it will burst out more when more people jump in paying high gas to settle their transactions. But at the point it's really low and have not seen it from long time so if you want to spend some then you wouldn't give high fees as earlier.
we've seen Ethereum Gas drop and once more transactions are bustling we'll see Gas will quickly increase as well.
we still expect cheaper and more stable transaction fees on the Ethereum network. can at least match Tron, Solana, or Binance. it will be a friendly transaction Gas for Ethereum Network users. Ethereum blockchain adoption may also be as busy as it used to be.

I wouldn't say the GAS fees as low. But it is reasonable than before depends also on what you are spending it and creating.

Hot d*mn! I never knew I could make a transaction on the Ethereum blockchain for one buck. It looked like I jumped onto a time machine into 2018. Anyway, back to your topic, it surely looks to be a perfect time to pile onto the Ethereum train now its getting its mainnet souoed up

We won't be able to know where the bottom of the bears is this time, instead of waiting, the best method is DCA, that way we won't have to miss any opportunities. Personally, I also buy some coins when bitcoin falls below 18k, and I will hold on to those even though I'm now profitable.
As of now, I just aim to hold as much as possible. I mostly buy on centralized exchanges and transfer to my hard wallet, so I am not concerned with the ETH fees at all. As long as the price drops I will place a buy order.

You mean to invest? of course, good time to get in as the price is very cheap. But I think it will still go down lower next year, so the best thing to do is DCA and then see how it goes.

However, it's correlated, when the price goes low during bear market = low fees. Just like in bitcoin right now, you can literally transfer in even less than a dollar right as transaction fees and easily received it very quickly. But I guess the important thing is how to take advantage of this cheap price and fees and invest.
