The price of etherium has not risen at the rate at which bitcoin has risen ethereum prices are usually rising slowly, the main problem is the high fees of the networks this has become a problem in terms of the price of ethereum A fee much higher than other currencies. However etharium will reach a better position even if it is a currency alternative system like BNB.
This is not the price that Ethereum should actually be.ethereum is a coin that has proven itself over and over.For now, the only problem is that the network is slow and the high fees will reach the original price when these problems are solved with ethereum 2.0.
it seemed that the hopes that all wanted could not prove to be great. your hope with eth2.0 will be able to make costs that have been moving up and running slowly will be resolved.There doesn't seem to be that guarantee, because ethereum feels that she is currently mighty and people need her.
but it could be that many will try to find alternatives at low prices and supported by an adequate system. then we will not know that if there is no ethereum movement to improve, many other alternatives will emerge like the current BNB.

Etheruem is going to finally overthrow bitcoin, I still believe! Either way we're getting above 2k again.
Also I'm watching a project that's supposed to be a fork of Etheruem with private transactions called Prism, though still not sure if it's a scam or not.

ETH as continuously been solid, it is fair its esteem that was not however appraised accurately. I think it is still underated, but as each great extend it needs time to come to the eyes of speculators and newcomers that do not know however the blockchain innovations and the world of crypto currencies. Anyway, shrewd contract ventures have beautifull days before them, I believe in ETHER.
In general, I agree that ETH is a profitable asset for investing, but I think that Vitalik and his team should work on their product for a long time in order to reduce the amount of commissions, which is one of the most expensive today.
The year really promises to be profitable. If we rely on the recent events that happened with the Dogecoin, then we can only guess what surprises await us in the near future.
Not to mention the two strongest leaders. I do not think that the history of 2017 will repeat itself, but I have no doubts about the success of some crypto projects. 
I also watch other altcoins very carefully. It seems to me that they are all waiting just for what will happen with Ethereum. I think the price of Ethereum will shoot up a lot soon, and other altcoins will follow. Of course I'm not talking about 8000 altcoins, but I think the top100 -200 will definitely go up significantly right after Ethereum.

2021 is the year for ethereum, last year is the year for bitcoin because you can see the bitcoin price is increase so hard and in 2021, i think ethereum will increase rapidly just like btc did in 2020, i hope it can reach $3000 soon.

Bitcoin reach 50k $ milestone this year and still bictoin increasing day by day so 2021 will also be the year of bitcoin it will break all previous record. Ethereum has potential to reach 3k$ but i think it will take few months as we see there is a gradual or stable change in ETH’s price so eth will cross 2k$ And will stay at this price for one month at least then we will see increase in their price.

Time will tell to see how far Ethereum can go. My targets are somewhere between €5k and €10k. If it goes higher I’m going to cry. Then I sold too soon, but profits are coming. Almost all when talking about ethereum will always complain about what ethereum is doing with its gas fees, which really feels right now and is far different from the past, it seems that eth 2.0 has nothing to do with the changes that will occur in ethereum.So what happened to ethereum about increasing seems pseudo and unexciting, even though these are two different sides but do influence each other for many bounties.
I really believe that ethereum after Kamarin reaches ATH, will continue to move further upwards and from the support of bitcoin which is now in sync. after last year only bitcoin was moving rapidly. In fact, many say that this year is an altcoin year which is certainly very exciting for us, because it has been seen that there are new atcoins that directly penetrate potential positions and old coins that are moving high and are also included in potential coins. clearly this is good news for bounties and hopefully 2017 will happen again for this year's bounties.

I didn't understand what Vitalik and his team is charging to invest in ETH? If you mean by gas price especially when you trade on Uniswap or other like that DEX's than you have to pay insanely high fee there. If I missed or don't understand you point than explain this in details.

After so much capital is entering crypto (via Bitcoin) the last months, it could be the natural path for it to follow to buy ETH, as some might see a less pricey coin, with a smaller market cap, a more profitable option in the mid-term, and more if people starts talking about the altseason.
I also agree that has less to do with the 2.0, but there are so many variables that impact the price, that who knows, maybe everything affects the price relatively.

it took more than 3 years before i can finally agree that ETH is really in progress because Bitcoin leaves ETH very far distance in growth .Maybe after reaching 2,000$ this will be the signal to all investors that this is legit and not a Shitcoin many Bitcoiners always pretend to say.

2.5 is still in process and i don't think that by now this will drive the price go crazy , and some says this is a failure .

It's not the 2.0 version of ETH, if you have pay attention to the market movement, you will understand that bitcoin was so bullish that it was able to make major altcoins to be bullish as well.
Look at the market now, check https://coinmarketcap.com/, the following coins were already bullish despite not having a major update or development.
1-ADA
2-BNB
3-IOTA
4-DOT.... and many more.
The bull run of bitcoin has a big influence to the market.

Ethereum is getting stronger day by day and i'm expecting ETH will be $2k by this time next week. Don't touch your ETH, HODL the line. It's definitely wise moves with Ethereum as market is on uptrend.

I am afraid that the price of Bitcoin will be pumped for now, and Ethereum will have to wait a while for its turn.
Ethereum will cross the 2k$ milestone very soon, currently trading on 1739$, and I don't think so it is difficult for ETH to touch the 2k$ price. Bitcoin almost reached their top price now it's time for Ethereum to make new records in the history of the crypto world. So buy ETH and get good profit in near future.
