At least now I have to spend 20-40 $ to send tokens or transactions on uniswap. even though the estimate that I will send is less than that nominal. of course this is very detrimental. other than because of Defi.
the price increase from ethereum also made the gas fee price rise. I hope that later trading on Dex can decrease slightly to lower gas costs
Risks from rising prices and currently booming Defi. inevitably have to pay. Sometimes the results of the bounty work when I have to send a check are almost the same as the estimate I get and the fee.
this is pretty crazy for me. For almost 2 months now I have stopped moving tokens for the reason that the fee is quite high at this time

The gas fee of ETH until now is fucking high. The lowest right now is:
Low
128 gwei
$4.10 | ~ 10 mins:29 secs

That is base on Etherscan Gas tracker.
Aside from Bitcoin which is obviously has a very high transaction fees right now, Ethereum also has it too and this has been a problem for me for quite some time. I can't transfer my funds more efficiently because I can't take the current gas fees of ETH and as well as the TX Fee of BTC.

That was very expensive, the current eth gas fee is only about 108 gwei at the moment.
You will have to using more gas to transfer erc20 token than transfer ETH coin to other wallet because the gas limit is higher.
I usually monitor the gas fee on https://etherscan.io/gastracker before send any token and waiting for lower gas fee.

Still fee ise very high. A few days ago, transactions below 200 gwei were fail. Ethereum reaches ath, fees are too Cheesy
Those who want to swap or send tokens from the wallet to exchanges have a huge problem. It was good that the fee fee decreased, even if it was a little. I hope fees will be lower, we dont want to check gastracker everytime Smiley

The Uniswap transaction fee is the worse, sometimes it goes up to $70 and the transaction you are about to conduct is just worth $500. If there is just some other token to buy that is worth investing, I wouldn't go for the ERC20 token but it's just that I wanted to profit by holding some. It's making things worse because the Defi tokens can only be bought on Uniswap.

I was so shocked and sad at the same time, then after some hours i checked again this time it reduse to $4  Grin I quickly grab the opportunity, eth is making things difficult for token holders.
The situation is so bad now that we are happy to do a transaction with $4.  Is not the $4 fee of a transaction is much higher? I checked the Gas all the day for a small amount of transaction on Uniswap. Never got below 100 gwei. If i transact on this gas fee, it will be deducted half as fee. You're absolutely right, "eth is making things difficult for token holders."

When will this madness end?
Who is willing to pay such amounts for a transaction?

As we can see the transaction fees were significant last month. More than $330 million of miners' revenue came from transaction fees.

The cost of transaction on the  Ethereum Blockchain is becoming alarming, some people pay $100 for their transactions to go through on  uniswap, which is too much this will be the main reason why new start up projects are being advised to build their projects on blockchains like tron blockchain , just to avoid paying those costly gas fees for one transaction, I think something needs to be done about this Huh.

I know, right? I haven't done any swaps on Uniswap today but yesterday it was madness because of high gwei. ~0.1 ETH for high priority transactions. Huh

I believe there are some L2 scaling solutions such as Loopring and ZK-Rollups underway. I hope these help a bit with transaction fees till ETH 2.0 is fully realized.

it needs to help as there are many frustrated traders who are trapped holding tokens that needs to be  transferred to their choosen exchange, they are unable to process due to high transaction fees.

ETH team should work it out deplying a much cheaper process, for now it's still the most use chain to develop coin but sooner or later if things won't change possibilities that other project may step up and offer as good alternative.

Better to keep your token than to lose more money or if you are rushing to take your opportunities then accept this reality.

When ethereum pumping, the gas fees also rising that's why it is very hard now to transfer tokens to exchanges because of these issues for congested network. Swapping also on uniswap are pain in the a** and half of the profit will only go to gas expenses. I hope vitalik will finally fix these gas problems ASAP.

I tried to send s token from myetherwallet the gas fee was very high I read an article last year were it was stated that Electrum 2.0 will solve the issue of scalability with a lightning solution, however I was very disappointed I was annoyed while trying to send a few tokens with a high fees, even sending some ETH from my blockchain wallet hanged for several hours I believed its due to congestion, Its high time developers of ETH find a lasting and final solutions this problems else crypto enthusiasts will begin to find a better coin with faster transactions and lower fee.

Eth has a bit higher gas fee than comparatively other coins. It must have to do something about this high fee. Most holders are trying to find a solution to get away from this higher transaction fee. I personally use Tron for the transaction or withdrawal.

This gas fee fluctuate a lot,  this morning I was going to send a small amount of tokens and I checked to see the gas fee, lo and behold! It was so high at $31 for the lowest which is the economy according to mew app Shocked
I was so shocked and sad at the same time, then after some hours i checked again this time it reduse to $4  Grin I quickly grab the opportunity, eth is making things difficult for token holders.
Yes, I think this is going to block ethereum for a while now, and it will go down because people will not be able to make moves since it is too expensive, all people who moved under 20 bucks will stop and many others will slow down or even stop, only people who are talking in huge amounts and desperation will be capable of moving money around.

When there are this many people who stop or slow down there will be less people obviously and that will cause the fee to drop, and when it drops all those people who waited will be capable of moving they will move again and they will be capable of sending money for cheaper again, and when they do there will be higher gas fee once again and we are going to be in a cycle. After all of this we really need a lot more changes in the ethereum chain, we just can't handle the current defi hype, we need to change to a lot faster and definitely cheaper way asap.

I think after ethereum 2.0 fully update this problem will be solved. But for now it's a huge problem. Mostly for those who don't have much fund but want to trade on a site like uniswap or stake very small amount or whatever want to do based on ethereum chain. But still people like ethereum that's why they still using it and ready to pay this much gas fees. There are lots of other chains which offer lower gas fees on chain and also fast in txn speed but devs prefer ethereum above other chains. But I think after eth 2.0 everything will change.

Till now gas fee isn't stable and fixed yet which they stated before launching their new concern Eth2. It is very disappointing, maybe they are working but it is already becoming habituated with us by their high gas fee. That's why I like to transfer my assets using TRC-20 address and prefer it to do. Sometime we must do transaction through Erc-20.

Typically the issue of ethereum clients some time recently and still these days, ethereum gas charge is tall. We can't bear this at whatever point ethereum goes high. I do not know why ETHER group must do with his coin but I accept that there will ended up changes in ethereum gas charge sometime in the not so distant future. As of presently, I did not utilize my ethereum as installment or pull back utilizing my eth in exchange. But in my Metamask wallet vital coin to move but as well much tall expenses as of late i paid $22 for a transaction. It will fair allow me disappointment almost the benefits I have earned in exchanging.

currently I have a lot of transactions on Etherscan.io and that's why the fees go up. maybe after etherium has decreased and other altcoins too so the fee for fees will decrease this often happens when etherium rises.
